Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

Towels are changed weekly, linens every 14 days. In the courtyard there is a seating area (for smokers). Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets. Good public transport connections (buses, 2.5 km to Neusser train station), shopping and laundromat nearby.

For your stay in Düsseldorf I provide you with the newly renovated, lovingly furnished and fully equipped apartment on the 1st floor of my house. You have your own entrance and from the living and bedroom a view of the 70-year-old magnolia in the garden. The house is located in a quiet street. Me and my family like it quiet. You can relax here and still quickly be in the city.

Pretty 2-room apartment

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
