Great stay! Convenient for visiting Essen Messe

The four of us spent three beautiful days here with the dog. The house was perfect for us and we also liked it very much with its special design of the living levels. Only the mixed weather prevented longer stays on the terrace with adjoining garden (including fig tree and herb bushes). But even the view from the bright living and dining room into the green garden was beautiful. The house is very well maintained and is located in a quiet residential street with single-family houses. Burkhardt is a friendly and helpful landlord.

The appartment was very cozy and well designed. Everything we needed was available at the home! We visited Düsseldorf with public transport and that was very well doable. Overall, a great place to stay to relax and visit the surroundings! Thanks to the kind host, Andrea

Great apartment, very nice, spacious and clean. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and would be happy to come back again. I highly recommend!

We used the accommodation for four with two children (12 and 9) as a central starting point for activities in the Ruhr area. Therefore, the location was especially important to us. With about 10 min. walk to the nearest train station, you can get everywhere very well. The apartment is not large, but well suited for a family for a few days. Otherwise, we particularly liked the great view through the balcony and window and the freely usable small swimming pool. All in all it was a nice time!

Staying with Barbara and Frank was really great. We felt very comfortable, had everything we needed and recovered well. Thank you for the hospitality. The apartment was really great. The garden is so well maintained and a great environment for walking and jogging.

We, seven adults and seven children had a wonderful weekend in Benjamin's house, the house of about 300 years old really has its charms, with associated sounds and everything. The host really deserves congratulations on hospitality and helpfulness. If you were with something and approached him, he always responded immediately and was also very helpful. There is also plenty to do in the area of the house. In about half an hour, you'll be in a zoo or amusement park such as Moviepark Germany. At the house itself there is also a beautiful large garden in which you can sit outside and there is also plenty of parking.

The really big house has many beautiful rooms furnished with attention to the details. Everyone has their own flair and there is something to discover everywhere. Very cozy and dreamy. The pool was - in addition to the picturesque kitchen that looked like the Lord of the Rings - the highlight of the house. We had a lot of space here, fun and hope to visit more houses like this.

Me and my wife stayed here for a few days and found the place to be tidy, comfortable and Andrea & Michael even had breakfast food, drinks and a meal prepped just in case we needed it. Very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful overnight stay – highly recommended! I had a fantastic time staying at this place! I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and you immediately noticed how much love for detail is involved here. The apartment was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need – from comfortable beds to a small, well-stocked kitchen. I especially liked the quiet location, which was still very central – perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Communication with the host was also super friendly and straightforward, I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime! So was a very responsive host. Prior to check in and throughout the stay, so kept in touch to make sure we arrived ok, had what we needed, and answered any questions I had. The space was nice and worked well with our family of 8. The space was extremely clean and well maintained. I appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamer in the cabinet. I am not sure that is always there, but it was nice to have it for the morning. Beds were comfortable. We had a very nice stay and would recommend this airbnb.

From the beginning, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome here. The apartment is not only clean, modern and very well equipped, but also furnished with so much attention to detail that we immediately felt like we were arriving in a real home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, the bed is super comfortable, and the cozy atmosphere has always welcomed us after long days. Rani and Steffen were extremely accommodating, helpful and quickly accessible throughout our stay – whether for small questions or support. The location of the apartment is also ideal: quiet, but still well connected, with shopping, cafes and public transport in the immediate vicinity. We will miss the apartment very much! Thank you!!
