The hip Lorettostraße, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars are right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes.

We have a 110 sqm apartment in our house for 4 people. There is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access in the living room and in both bedrooms. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower also leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 a.m. - 9 p.m.) is of course possible as well as with us in the morning for breakfast. Both are included in the price. Our apartement is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a separate entrance and a patio where you can sit outside, weather permitting. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
