Quite Great location at peacful clean home and Host was Awesome and responsive and helpful with all question and would love to stay again !!!

We had a great stay here during our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Very clean, spacious, and quiet. Location was also perfect, right near the highway so we could get to the Expo center easily. Brandon is a great host. We would stay here again!

Ben and Kimberly have a beautiful home. Close to downtown Louisville and a short Uber ride. Very cool historic town and the home matched the vibe. Great hosts!

This was my second time at progress park and we stated in the 502 house for my Daughters Birthday! Even though it rained all weekend, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the outdoors! The game room in the basement was a lifesaver!!! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean! The owners were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I was looking for the password for the TV in the living room and had an immediate response after reaching out. No issues at all!!

The River House was so beautiful! We had 2 families with kids ranging from 8 months to 17 years old. There was space for everyone without feeling like we were on top of one another. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook there if needed, including plenty of seasonings and condiments. There was also a nice lawn to play on. The porch was perfect and our favorite part of the whole house; we loved watching the shopping barges! There were really no downsides to this house, we loved our stay!

Luke and Katie were great to communicate with, fast to respond, and very helpful and accomodative for us, which we greatly appreciated! Great place to stay, prefect location to all the places we wanted to go and nice neighborhood/area to walk in. Has a great porch you can sit and relax, large kitchen/dining area with a very spacious bartop that came in handy for all the things our crew had to bring with us! It is close to the airport, as they indicated, but they provide some nice little white noise machines that you may find helpful should you be a light sleeper! Their cancellation policy couldn't be beat, and we had several unexpected life events happen, some that had already knocked us out from going when we originally planned and some iffy things this week, so the ease of mind in knowing we could cancel last minute, if we had to, without a penalty helped my stress level immensely...but so thankful we didn't have to cancel and would definitely be willing to stay here again!

Jason is definitely a great host which makes a positive difference. Very responsive. Friendly demeanor. Lots of good recommendations for restaurants, golf, gyms, trails and more. Quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. Would absolutely use their AirBNB again.

I have loved both of my stays at Luke’s house. High quality linens, appliances, and bedding. Felt like I was home as soon as I entered. My sister was with me most of then first visit and the set up was perfect for us. She loved the cool downstairs and I took the upstairs. Great set up. Convenient entry at lower level Once unlocked from inside. Made unloading and loading the car much easier. The place was spotless!!! Would stay here again for sure.

This is the second time I have stayed and I'll be back again. Check in is easy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It's a hidden gem.

This apartment was fantastic. Very well furnished and plenty kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook. The coffee was a nice touch! This place was super comfy and in a safe neighborhood. If you are visiting Main Street and whiskey row—it’s a little bit of a hike each day. Not a deal breaker though!

I absolutely adored my stay this weekend! Such a cute Air Bnb very centrally located by all the amazing shops and restaurants in the Nulu area. We definitely will reserve this Air Bnb next time we are in town!

Cute upstairs apartment. Nice place to stay. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. If I'm in the area again for a weekend I will definitely stay here.

Great stay at Bethany’s place, and fantastic location that is close to the action but also very quiet. We loved Bethany’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again if and when we come back to Louisville. Bethany was very easy to communicate with and also has lots of great restaurant recommendations in the area, which was super helpful.

St. Matthews continues to be a wonderful place to use as a base for touring Louisville and surrounding areas, especially the bourbon trail. Meagan's place is very comfortable and comes with all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. The condo is spacious and extremely clean. Communication is fast during all times of booking. Love this "home away from home".

Everything was perfect -- I wish I could live in the loft full-time. Lisa is very friendly and a great communicator. The loft is in a great location to see all Louisville has to offer, and and there is a lot to explore within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and I loved putting a record on to start my morning.

This place is awesome! Tucked into a sweet little neighborhood, this basement apartment is perfect for quick stop in. The neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a variety of home styles and makes a wonderful tour of the area. Monniker brewing is in walking distance and was a great recommendation by the host. Definitely a great place to stay.

Exactly as advertised! Not only would I recommend without hesitation; I expect to book it many more times in the coming years on return trips to Louisville. Spacious, comfortable & great location. Thanks, Matt—your place met all our needs and surpassed all expectations!

This was our second stay here and Marianne was terrific, as was her home. If we are back for the same tournament in 2026, we can’t wait to stay again. Lovely place, lovely and responsive host!

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

Darling apartment. Charming and thoughtful decor. Everything you might need to cook a scratch meal. Seriously. Excellent downtown location. There are several keypads for entry into this eclectic historic space but the host’s detailed instructions are clear and easy to follow. We loved our 2 night stay.

We had a great stay! Comfortable, clean and easy to check in and get around. Easy walk to conference center and restaurants. I would recommend!

Great place for up to 5 persons, but still a great deal for as few as 1 person. Extra perks such as a record player, literature, and partial access to streaming services on the TV. Close to downtown by car, and pedestrian-friendly— lots of walking areas and nearby green space.
