Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Durham

Went to Raleigh for a night and this place was amazing. Views were lovely, felt right at home. Timothy was very informative & easy to talk to. Can’t wait to go again.

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

The host is incredibly responsive. It was a great location, easy to find and had a great walking path near it. The greenway walking paths are close and beautiful. The place was beautiful and cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

Place was as described. It was located in a safe area, and it was within prefect driving distance to downtown Raleigh. The bed was super comfy!

This was the perfect place to stay for a family reunion. The bed was super comfortable, the pool was so nice to go sit out by and I loved the screened in porch 😍

We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely—clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything we needed. Don was so kind to wait up for us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour, showing us how to get in and where to find things like towels and coffee. He was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great location with a city feel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Jules is a wonderful hostess and always quick respond to questions. I would recommend staying here.

We did a staycation at this Airbnb and we absolutely loved the location! You’re right next to a Starbucks, great rooftop restaurants and less than 5 minutes from the main strip of bars & restaurants in downtown Raleigh! Only downside is the pool was closed unfortunately but definitely would stay here again!

The space was inviting, incredibly clean, spacious and had modern decor! Our host left us muffins, bagels and a variety of sparkling water. Bed was very very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Nice townhouse. When we needed batteries for the remote controls, they promptly had that sent over.

The place allowed for us to have a wonderful weekend with no problems or worries. Would recommend or stay there again.

Great house not far from all the hot spots in Chapel Hill, safe neighborhood, comfortable beds, plenty of room and parking

The place is great. Super nice and clean, and the area and neighborhood are a great place to be. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely stay again when visiting Durham.

This place was a great place to land traveling with some teenagers. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms and we had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a great space to talk/hang out. While the place was very clean, there were many things left in closets, drawers and pantry that others had left. Some of those things could be removed. We went to watch TV and get connect d to WiFi the first evening and it did not work. Notified Gil who said he engaged AT&T, but ultimately a technician would have to come out the following week, so while we had our phones, we weren't able to use his TV's or log in to work devices for the entire duration of our trip. Overall, the place itself was great, the neighborhood was quiet and we would give it another try when in the area!

The house was very well stocked with snacks, coffees, and other things you might need: such as extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc. I really appreciated having enough coffee and creamer for our entire stay and not just the first night. House was very clean, lots of extra linens, towels and pillows. Beds were comfortable too. JoLynn was always quick to respond to any questions and even offered helpful traffic updates as we were in town for UNC graduation. I would stay here again, especially if in town for any UNC function.

We were in Raleigh for a family wedding and are so thankful to have found this home! Brad was an incredible host, always quick to respond and very kind, helpful in his messaging! The home was beautiful! It was spotlessly clean and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood! The layout was so open, spacious with high ceilings, it perfectly suited the needs of our family. We felt right at home! The check-in instructions were clear and included a demonstration video! Made it super easy! The home is close to stores and restaurants! Everything you need! I am giving this property a high recommendation as well as Brad and his team! It was all wonderful from start to finish! We would definitely stay again!

My family of five had an amazing stay at Ryan's place. In fact, this will be our home every time we come to visit the area (which will be quite often), and we have already booked a second stay. The house is very spacious, and it has 5 bedrooms, all upstairs (one is used as an office, which was perfect for working from home). It is very clean, the bathrooms are spotless, amazing beds, plenty of linens, towels, etc. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need (including lots of pantry items, which I usually hate having to buy when I'm traveling). The backyard is cute and private, and the entire neighborhood is beautifully manicured and extremely quiet. We loved the walks in nature along the greenway. Ryan is super responsive and friendly, and was so gracious to accommodate a much appreciated late check-out. Thanks again, Ryan, see you soon!

The Rajmahal is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at—every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the entire space was immaculately clean and visually stunning. The aesthetic was modern yet cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The hot tub was spotless and incredibly soothing, and the massage chair alone is worth booking the place for—it’s absolutely to die for. Tucked in a serene and beautiful neighborhood, this stay was peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable from start to finish.
