Come and discover our spacious and bright apartment of 87 m², with all amenities and located in the center of the village of Doussard, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Large fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room and relaxation/TV area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, separate toilet. A large bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, then a second with 2 separate beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The living room and large bedroom are air-conditioned.

You will be close to the lake within walking distance and the paragliding landing area as well as the cycle path that goes around the lake . The apartment is in the center of the village with all amenities . A bus can take you directly to Annecy. Your vehicle may be parked in the condominium parking lot (parking closed by a gate) A balcony will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
