Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Great cottage for a stay for 2.

Quiet chalet of 16 m2 on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, a recognized place for paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The chalet is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my accommodation located a few meters from the chalet. A small dining area is available in the cottage. The wifi is sometimes a little capricious, no worries for 4G.

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Various activities to discover nearby: Lake Annecy and its nature reserve, the caves and waterfalls of Seythenex, paragliding, canyoning, golf in Talloires, hiking, 2 minutes from the Col de la Forclaz, with restaurants and family ski resort. Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
