Close to amenities: 6 km from Talloires-center & lake, 20 min to Annecy. 3 spaces to welcome you: Le Fenil (apt 4/6P), Le Mazot (chalet 2/4P), Le Solaret (apt 2/4 pers - PMR). I live there and am here to answer you. Place driven by eco-construction project & "fruity and aromatic" farm, sharing, simplicity and respect for the environment. Great cottage for a stay for 2.

Quiet chalet of 16 m2 on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, a recognized place for paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The chalet is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my accommodation located a few meters from the chalet. A small dining area is available in the cottage. The wifi is sometimes a little capricious, no worries for 4G.

Cosy chalet for 2 in the Annecy mountains

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Small chalet at the foot of the mountains

Small chalet in the charming village of Dingy Saint Clair, between lake and mountain at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, close to a small river. The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families who love nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and at the start of the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

Departure of hikes from the village, and close to family ski resorts. 15-20 min from Les Evettes (Flumet), Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, and Praz-sur-Arly, 35-40 min from Les Saisies Sunny garden with terrace, outdoor table and stone barbecue: ideal for enjoying beautiful summer days!

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

My place is close to the beaches of Lake Annecy and ski resorts. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate it for the calm, the view of the mountains and the valley and its outdoor terrace with barbecue. The place is ideal for lovers of cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, swimming and in winter for downhill skiing, hiking or Nordic skiing and snowshoeing...

This privately owned cabin at Camping La Nubliere, Doussard, on Lake Annecy (Lac d'Annecy) is situated among other similar cabins in a quiet corner of the campsite. There is direct access to the beach, lake and port and the cabin is ideal for active and relaxing holidays alike. Great for couples, a family with children or a small group of adults.
