Claudie was so friendly from the booking to the end. On the day of arrival we couldn't check in at 15 Uhr because the cleaner startet cleaning late than expected. So Claudie offered us a boat ride on the lake to kill the time, on her cost. That was so lovely and considerate of her. The place is beautiful more beautiful than on the photos. We loved the balcony view overlooking the mountains so much. I highly recommend Claudie's place and we will gladly book it in future.

This apartment is very quiet, you have a beautiful view of the mountain when you are on the balcony, the equipment is of very good quality. The host had left all the basic products for cooking, laundry and dishwasher tablets and he also has a small notebook in which he noted all his "good plans": activities, catering... It was a very nice stay and check-in and check-out were very friendly and took place at the times we chose.

Great base to explore the area around Lake Annecy but you really need transport as it is at the quieter less commercial end of the lake.

Wow! This place is incredible! The location is truly amazing with amazing views. We sat out drinking our coffee in the morning on the balcony and our aperitif in the evening. The house is renovated beautifully and luxuriously where every room has their own bathroom and toilet. My husband loves to cook so we ate many meals in the house and he loved cooking in this beautiful kitchen. We just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is- and we definitely hope to come back soon!

Quiet and pleasant easy access with a very complete manual Baby equipment is available and very convenient (risky corner of the bed in the room when the baby walks...) but great.

On an extended weekend with a friend, we were able to enjoy Emmanuelle's accommodation near Annecy with an amazing view of the Lake and Mountains. The accommodation perfectly matches the description: very cozy, clean, nice, very well-equipped and very conveniently located. The private beach and pontoon at the residence is a great plus. We were there on Ascension weekend, so there was a lot of traffic and I recommend going to Annecy by bus (stop right next door). There are very nice restaurants nearby, the bike path just behind. Loved our stay. Thanks to Emmanuelle for her kindness and availability.

Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Very nice apartment, we had a peaceful stay in this very quiet little hamlet. In line with all descriptions, the jacuzzi is a real plus after beautiful days in the Annecy region.

The place was absolutely wonderful! It was very peaceful and quiet. The town was walkable. Laurence was kind enough to offer transportation whenever we needed it and she helped us navigate the French train system and setting up restaurant reservations. The place was very clean. The hot tub and sauna were nice as well and very private! She made the experience of being in France very authentic; she definitely went above and beyond a typical AirBNB host.
