The accommodation is very well located , near the lake. The availability of a garage and two bikes allows you to leave your car parked and be able to do your bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped , clean , well decorated and tidy. Margaret and Olivier were very responsive and friendly during our message exchanges. We will take over this apartment without hesitation during a future passage through Annecy.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay with an amazing view! The apartment was very quiet, and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Nathalie's welcome was warm, and I really enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful layout of the apartment. I was delighted with my stay and would highly recommend it!

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Thanks to Tiffanie, Charlie and Malo for their welcome and congratulations for the beautiful house they set up:)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this renovated forest house with great taste and attention. Congratulations for the attention to detail given to every aspect of the decoration and layout. The living room with the piano is an extraordinary piece of rest. The house is not only beautiful and extremely comfortable, but it also offers from the terrace a breathtaking view of the still snowy mountain ranges. Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

We had a great vacation at your place! The location of the listing is perfect for taking full advantage of the calm of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with magnificent views of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage offered (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned garage with a wall right in front, strongly discouraged for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran there after a few unsuccessful attempts.

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
