Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Excellent family stay at Yqnnick's. I would 100% recommend it. Good communication+++. Spacious kitchen with all utensils, a percolator. a large fridge and freezer. Very well decorated house with real plants and orchids. spacious, clean house. pleasant upstairs landing with a foosball table. thank you for the small touches in the garden: chard and 🍓 strawberries.

We had a very good stay in Sophie's beautiful house. Sophie herself is also very friendly and helpful. The house is very spacious and includes all the necessary things as described. In the village you can also find everything in terms of supermarket, pharmacy, ... It is an excellent base for exploring the region. We highly recommend this!

We had a great time at Élisabeth and Frédéric's: clean, convenient, very well-equipped rental. We were able to enjoy the spa facing the mountain. Everything was perfect, even the weather! Elisabeth and Frédéric were very good tips and available. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time, the garden of the apartment is really super nice, quiet and of a nice size! The apartment is very well appointed and spacious and comfortable enough for a family. Sandrine provided us with lots of advance advice on restaurants, shops and activities. The place is quiet and makes it easy to radiate to the different points of interest of the lake.

Balmette's accommodation is a real gem on Lake Annecy. Our host was able to give us all the necessary directions and was very welcoming. I really invite you to discover this cocoon in the heart of the most beautiful lake in France! :)

The accommodation offered is a real slice of heaven. The view is splendid⛰️. The accommodation has everything you need for a great stay. First Airbnb stay for our 5-month-old dog who loved exploring the garden. The instructions are clear, self check-in is a real plus. Lots of documentation available to learn about all the activities to do in the area. We warmly recommend this listing and will keep the address.

A very nice place. This May it was very quiet and the view really brings the "wow" factor that we were looking for. A little early to enjoy the pool which is not heated but we will come back 🙂

We had a great time in Talloires, in this beautiful apartment on the ground floor with breathtaking views and which makes rainy or gray days spectacular too because the view is always beautiful. The surroundings of the lake are superb, and Annecy is 20 minutes away. Thoughtful and responsive hosts! Recommended!

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time in Annecy and partly thanks to Guillaume's accommodation. Close to Annecy city center, we were able to visit Annecy and its surroundings. The accommodation was very well arranged and very convenient. Thanks again! I would 100% recommend this listing.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
