Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dota

We needed a few days of rest away from the noise and routine of the city, and in this house we found a lot of peace, nature and tranquility. In addition to some super friendly dogs and access to basic services about 10 minutes away.

This is a beautiful house with everything we needed. The views are beautiful as well. There are some neighborhood dogs that can bark at night (not every night) so bring your ear plugs. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy house and has an open plan, so its very open (which i loved) A lot of closet space available in 2 of the rooms. lovely backyard. Has an outside grill which was very nice. Ample bathroom with hot water. The host was very friendly and made our stay amazing. Ample parking. Right next to a lil family fast food joint with a lot of options as well as a little market. Keep in mind, this is on a main road, so there is some noise early morning, but it's manageable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice cabin to spend some days, with some large rooms and everything very clean. You also find some cookies, nuts and coffee that save you from some moment of having nothing. An undeniable place!

We stayed at Doug's house for one night, 4 families, with 4 children. The area is one of the most beautiful in Costa Rica. It has a spectacular view and if you like the cold weather, it is the ideal place for a vacation outside the city but quite close. The cabin is super cozy, equipped with everything we needed for the needs of all families, Doug was super attentive from the first moment. We had a really good time - we would recommend it and will definitely return. We loved it!

Very nice owners, they drove us to the cabin from the main road. They helped us light the wood fire stove. We could use the washing machine for free. Esmeralda left a lot of food items for us, that was very sweet (homemade bread and sweets, milk, ...). We hope to be back one day

The good reviews of this place really do it justice. Noemy has done a great job making this place perfect for resting. Much nicer than the pictures. Highly recommended and certainly would go back.

Everything we were looking for to rest and enjoy the scenery we found here. The location is very good, in my opinion it is very central, we were able to easily get to the rest of the saints. My favorite area of the house is the balcony, it was great for bird watching and relaxing. There is plenty of privacy, there are neighbors nearby but you can't even hear them. Very nice, tidy, clean and well-equipped. I liked that they have an Amazon Prime and YouTube Premium account with Alexa, it made me feel at home!!!! We have a car with a small engine, we got in and out without any problems in the whole area in general! I recommend it 100% for a quiet getaway to rest, eat delicious food and drink coffee.

Price place, easy to get to, clean, very large and very good communication. 100% recommended.

My time in Costa Rica was great but what made it the best experience was my Airbnb with Leidy she was absolutely amazing the entire way and very helpful and communicative. I can’t wait to stay at her property again. Definitely worth it. The place was beautiful and clean and it made me forget all about my own home 😂

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica! The property was immaculately clean and pristine, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect close to everything I needed yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The front office staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance when needed. I also truly appreciated the security measures in place; I felt very safe throughout my stay. Evelin communicated with me through the entire stay and I really appreciated it! 10/10 would recommend

What an absolutely incredible experience staying at Nathalie’s Airbnb! Waking up in the morning to the sound of jungle with the cicadas, birds chirping, and howler monkeys + the most stunning view of the jungle was unreal! I also loved swimming in the pool as the squirrel monkeys iguanas and birds hang around it was SO cool- It was one of my favorite memories from our trip to Costa Rica! It was by far my favorite place we stayed and I really appreciated the in-depth detail of instructions she laid out for us! Also there was the CUTEST dog that hung out with us at the pool all day and we will miss him so much! We truly felt at home and loved the location to town as well :)

It was exactly as described. Our host met us at the unit and gave us a detailed walkthrough and made sure we weren’t in need of anything upon our arrival. Costa Rica is a great experience and one for the books, for sure but, we could have stayed anywhere and this host would have made it a positive experience. Thank you.

Great location with restaurants, supermarket, and great view. Gabriel is very good at communicating and always answered questions. Will try to rent next time I go.

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, well appointed, very very clean and in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood. The host is kind and responds quickly.

What a great place and better host! Marcos apartment is about a 7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores and an easy 15 min drive to the national park. Marco and his family had plenty of tips and recommendations for our stay. We’d be happy to stay again if we find ourselves back in Quepos!
