The accommodation is in a very pleasant setting among the pine trees and a 10-minute walk to the beach. very quiet residence The terrace overlooks the garden so it's great for breakfast. i would highly recommend

A spacious apartment in a block with friendly inhabitants. It was useful to have a parking space outside as well as in the garage. Capbreton has a few shops and restaurants. There are more at nearby Hossegor centre ville. Bayonne is an interesting town with a lot of history and a good array of food shops. The beaches at Capbreton are very nice, with free parking at the ones near the apartment.

Very nice postcard view. Chantal welcomed us personally in a very friendly way. The apartment has everything you need. Even in the high season you can always find a good parking space somewhere, usually also in front of the building.

Viviane is very attentive and responsive. The accommodation is very clean and in a very good location, despite the weather we were able to get around the area without problems. I recommend it 100%

This is a lovely apartment in an incredible location and Mikel was a great host. He was out of town when we arrived but his mother met us to let us in and was delightful. We had a beautiful time watching the sunset and surfers from the balcony.

Lovely stay at Patricia’s, the perfect place for a pit stop before starting the Camino, and we were able to cook our own food which was nice. The swimming pool was out of action, not that it was swimming weather but just in case someone is looking for a pool.

very clean accommodation and it has everything you need. Hélène is attentive, the small terrace is very peaceful. A perfect place to rest after a big construction! Our stay was enjoyable

We were very comfortable in the accommodation. It has all amenities. Our dog has really enjoyed the terrace, it is spacious and comfortable to enjoy our breakfasts (for the rest of the meals, we have tasted the local cuisine). Ignacio was attentive to us, he recommended places and places to eat. The parking is closed and easily accessible. I would recommend and return to the accommodation 👌

Jean Marc's apartment is very well equipped. The bedding is of very good quality. The nice little balcony. We can go for a walk in the forest just behind and the beach is very close. Jean Marc is very responsive. We'll be back.

Laurane's place is very cozy, and tastefully decorated! The location is great, close to the lake of old boucau. We had a great stay!

Camille is a very pleasant host and very flexible on schedules. He was also very flexible with the unscheduled arrival of one of our daughters. The house is functional in a very secure residence. A little clarification about the accommodation, the children's room does not have a door and is communicating with those of the parents. We had a lovely week in Soustons.

Accommodation located in a private residence, peaceful environment and ideally located 7-8 min walk to shops, restaurants, beach. For those who want to do without a car, nothing is missing nearby. Property we recommend and keep in mind. Thanks Annelyse :)

It's a great place to spend a few days. At the entrance to the Señorío de Bertiz, which is a must-see. Very well located to go both north and south. The apartment is very good for a family, as described. But undoubtedly the best thing is that it is located in a residential development with a (shared) swimming pool, paddle court and frontón. There's even a soccer field right next door. If you go with athletic children, you won't even know you have them. We had a great week, a great stay.
