Staying at Ines’s place in San Sebastián was such a lovely experience! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and gave us amazing tips about the area—she really helped us make the most of our time there. Ines was always available, super friendly, and easy to talk to. The place itself was spotless and full of charm. We especially loved waking up in the mornings and seeing the ponies through the window—such a magical and peaceful view! The location was perfect too: just a 12-minute drive from the city center, so we could enjoy the buzz of San Sebastián and then come back to a calm, cozy space. We truly enjoyed our conversations with Ines and felt so at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to this beautiful part of the world!

Villa Itsaso is a grand and beautiful, old house with amazing scenery of the bay. I really liked being able to sit outside and enjoy breakfast in thr peaceful surroundings. It was worth the money to stay in such a homely, Basque residence. The staff and owner were really welcoming and responsive. As a solo traveller having friendly conversations with locals is what makes stays in places like this really memorable. It was really nice talking with Elvia who gave me great suggestions for places to eat in Lekeitio, and the surrounding area, as well as telling me what it is like to live there. It was the best stay of my trip whilst cycling from Bordeaux to Bilbao. ¡Gracías por todo!

Mimi and Pascal are fantastic hosts. The place is very clean and nicely set up and the area is absolutely beautiful. They serve breakfast every morning which consists of handmade bread and cakes of different types and the cakes are so delicious! The room itself was also extremely comfortable with so many pillow options! There really is no complaint at all about the setting or the stay. If the location is good for your purposes, I would recommend this place! Just bear in mind it is a little deeper in than the map suggests! I would buffer about 8-10 mins more time.

We had a great time at Dominique's! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is great, 2 minutes walk to a bus stop that allows you to reach Bayonne in 10 minutes and Biarritz in 15, super convenient. Dominique is a lovely person, very helpful, always attentive. He even offered us a great breakfast, a real treat! We felt really welcome, like at home. In addition to being super nice, Dominique is also a very interesting person, with whom it is a pleasure to interact. We recommend it without so much as a second thought, don't hesitate to stay with him!
