Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dogtown

Cute and quiet place to stay. Within walking distance restaurants and bookstore. We ate at the Dressel which had a great Host, our Bartender/Server was attentive and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay her again.

We loved this place. Check in was easy, communication was great, plus location was a block away from the Delmar Loop shops and restaurants. What set it apart was the nice touches from the owners with a record player, coffee and tea station, and old Nintendo. Street parking is free and easily accessible right in front of property. Would definitely stay again.

Good stay in STL. Walkable to Soulard and Lafayette Square. Not I’d feel completely comfortable walking back at night, but that’s the neighborhood, not this unit specifically.

The apartment was in a great location. Super close to the interstate, but not noisy. It took less than 10 minutes to get anywhere we were going! We had a great time exploring the city, and loved having this place to come back to!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Caitlin’s place. It is a nice, cozy and quiet spot. It was also very clean and well stocked. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis.

Great location for everything you want to see or do in St. Louis. 15 minute drive to most of the tourist sites and business actives in the City as well as Washington University and St. Louis University. Walk to many good restaurants on Grand Ave and just a half block from the Hartford Coffee Co. for breakfast or lunch. one block to Tower Grove Park.

Very convenient, it was close to many places we wanted to visit. Friendly neighborhood as well. Loved the pool!!!

5 star stay! The home was beautiful and charming. This historic home was one of my favorite spaces I’ve stayed at on Airbnb. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was so relaxing and so much fun to hang out it in. Thank you for letting us stay with you.

Me and my friends booked this space for a concert that was in town. We are from out of town and wanted to enjoy St Louis. We wanted something different, something out of the box. This space was just that and soooooo much more. With a rare blend of unique, comfort, and quirky. It set the bar really high for the rest of the vacation. We are the type to stay on the go and not be in our room when on vacation. This place challenged that as it was so hard to leave sometimes. Host is just as amazing. Im not the best with modern tech and stuff of that nature. The host went out of their way to help. The host was accommodating in more ways than one. They provided some really solid recommendations for the city upon our request. Thats another thing, the host is probably one of the nicest, most responsive, helpful host Ive ever had. "The Dawg House" as we called it is now a staple in our travel plans to St. Louis. Do yourself a favor and book this place now before you miss out.

Overall a great place for the price. Next to Tower Grove Park, which is an amazing park. Location is on a quiet block. Backyard is less spacious than expected as half the space was filled with vegetation. The couch is not that comfortable, but the bed was comfortable. The electronic code-based locks to both the front door and our room's door were hard to figure out even with the helpful YouTube video, but we eventually did. Darci was communicative and responsive overall.

Lindsay is fantastic and so compassionate and generous! She made our stay phenomenal and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. We travelled far to come here for our sick son and she truly made it an easier experience and accommodated us in every way possible. I highly recommend this home. It’s absolutely beautiful and so much more than the photos that are incredible! It’s like a peace of heaven on earth! Best Airbnb hands down!

Great spot! It was very easy to find, and very clean. Awesome layout for the apartment, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. I hope to stay again when I am back in town. The host had great communication, and checked in on me after I got there to make sure I was happy with the place. Very enjoyable stay. Patty is extremely responsive and that made things easy. The apartment is indeed spacious! It is so nice when a rental is accurately photographed and described in the listing. It is in an older apartment building which made it charming. Water pressure, often an issue in older apartments, is excellent. Great shower; very comfortable bed. The only noise I heard was the occasional door closing. Tenants in this building are quiet. Returning here after the end of a busy conference day meant coming back to a peaceful retreat. Kitchen is well-equipped. I only ate out once but it was great food and service right at the end of the block. There was more to explore in the neighborhood but my time was limited. Very convenient to my conference on the Washington University campus. Walking there took me through a beautiful neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are much roomier than they appear in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the shower head in the main bathroom had great water pressure. Safe neighborhood that’s a quick walk to Central West End. Gated parking around the back is a perk but the street in front is perfectly safe to park as well. Would definitely stay again.

John's place was good for our 2 nights in St. Louis. We were able to walk to a coffee shop at the corner for breakfast on our first morning there. A tornado hit the area on our 2nd day so we were not able to stay. John offered to reimburse us for the second night. Good host, good location.

Thoughtful, generous host. The space was cozy and comfortable after a busy graduation weekend. Great location—easy Uber access and walking distance to restaurants and Whole Foods. The well-equipped kitchen was a nice bonus.

Place was fine, easy to get into. Janet and Kathryn very nice. Not a fan of the Delmar loop, which wasn’t their fault. Beds were comfy.

Very nice place. Close to many outstanding St. Louis City parks and eateries. Close to Walmart, Target and grocery stores. Connor right on it if you need help with directions or finding resources.

Lindsay was an excellent host and very easy to deal with. The studio apartment was so comfortable and in a great location. She was fast at responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope it’s available the next time I come back to visit.
