We're located close to historic Route 66, coffee shops, shops, restaurants. 15 minute drive from Gateway Arch National Park, Busch Stadium, Forest Park, Enterprise Center, Washington University, St. Louis University, Zoo, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside. Any smoke odor will result in a $150 fine. Noise monitoring device on property.

This one bedroom newly updated house is the perfect location for discovering all that "The Hill" has to offer. Within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants in all of STL. ( Zia's being our personal favorite) Enjoy a great meal and walk to one of the many well known bakeries, Italian markets, Shops, Coffee Bistro, Gelato and Bars. What more could you ask for?
