Very cute, clean and quiet. Less expensive than a hotel and free parking. Towels were soft, bed was comfy. I did think that there was another bed, but I was mistaken and 3rd person slept on the couch. Loved the coffee and cream.

Every aspect of this trip was amazing and it started with crystal effectively communicating before we even left home. From recommendations to using the metro, she had us covered. The location could not be more perfect in regards to getting to the Capital, monuments and great resteraunts. The neighborhood felt safe and walking around was truly a pleasure. The accommodations were lovely and very comfortable. Everything was clean and easy to use, and very we thought out. Loved it!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve *ever* stayed in. The space was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The bedroom is a converted garage—which we’d seen in the photos and were initially unsure about—but it ended up being one of my favorite parts. The frosted windows let in beautiful natural light during the day, and at night, the glow of the streetlights and tree shadows made it feel peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfy, and honestly, I got the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bathroom had heated floors, and a spacious shower that absolutely lived up to my (admittedly high) standards. I’m a big fan of large showers, and this one did not disappoint. Synta was an amazing host: thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly kind. She was also super accommodating about our late check-in after a concert, which we really appreciated. Everything was seamless, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the fantastic experience!!

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

10/10 experience. Was exactly like described. No issues at all. Definitely worth the price. Will definitely recommend to anyone interested in visiting!

Nice place, good for a couple, a residential area of DC east of the Capital, very walkable and quiet. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, and noise from host upstairs very intermittent and not a problem. Would stay again.

Melissa’s place was absolutely wonderful & exactly as described. The snacks and fully stocked bathroom was a nice plus! It felt cozy and comfortable. The metro station is only a 15 ish minute walk away making it easy to get anywhere in DC. I would 100% stay here again.

The place was amazing, Edward was always available on the phone for anything. The area is nace to walk or to go out for dinner. Easy access to the metro, I would definetly recomment this place.

This is the best stay if you are wanting to stay outside of downtown DC but walkable to the capitol. Close to metro stations and the navy yard by a short walk. In the description, they are very clear that you are on the bottom floor of their home so you can hear them moving around in the morning and at night but it was never too much for us. We had three people and two slept on bed and one on the pull out couch. Both were very comfortable and we slept great. The host was very flexible with our check in and let us check in early! Overall, we loved this stay! A lovely and safe neighborhood!

Overall the place was great! Just like the photos, felt secure, neighborhood was good. Able to walk around with my kids. We would definitely stay again.

Yohanes was extremely helpful and proactive. The space was an easy walk to the metro(red and green lines) and easy to find.

A lovely place to stay. Clean, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Metro and shops a 5-minute walk away. Parking spot was a huge plus. Most memorable were the thoughtful touches Serena provided in the apartment; we felt very well cared for.

Adorable space! Nolon was very communicative the week leading up to check-in, giving clear instructions on how to enter the space and provided a list of recommendations for near by places & things to do. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here! It was very close to the metro and was surrounded by great restaurants and breweries. Michael was a great host and was extremely responsive during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described in the listing. My son and I felt comfortable and safe. We had no issues. We would stay here again. I can’t speak to the walkability because we ride-shared every day but seemed possible. As you see in some reviews notes about hearing upstairs noise, yes, we heard some footsteps but it didn’t bother us and wasn’t that bad and was to be expected - after all, we were in their basement which we knew before we booked because that’s part of the listing. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating! All good things to say here!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. It exceeded our expectations and Graham was a great host. We had issues with the TV remote and he came to fix the issue within minutes. The neighborhood is beautiful and Whole Foods is within blocks. I highly recommend booking with Graham and Bear.💕

David and Agi were great host, it was a very fun experience, my friends and I visited DC for the first time and it was only a short 20 minute drive to downtown and George Town where we spent most of the time, the air bnb was very clean and looked exactly like the photos it was also very private and quiet. David and Agi were very nice and flexible with the parking and instructions on checking in and checking out were very clear. The Airbnb had all we needed, we could’ve had asked for a better place to stay, my friends and I made a great decision, we will be back in the future. Thank you so much David and Agi!

We had a lovely stay. Great location if you are looking for somewhere relatively close to all the sites but not right in the mix of the madness. The green line is a few minute walk which is a bonus. The apartment was beautiful and just as pictured. Despite the look of the neighborhood, everyone we came in contact was gracious to answer our “out of towner” questions and polite. The Starbucks was very convenient as well! We would stay here again if we come back to the DC area.

We absolutely loved this place!! It was perfectly set up, especially for a family with a kiddo! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils in case we wanted to cook and the location cannot be beat!

We stayed at Leonardo’s place while touring colleges in DC. It’s a beautiful, very clean apartment in excellent neighborhood, walkable to Georgetown. Being able to park on a driveway was a huge plus, given the parking rules in DC. Leonardo’s apartment has everything you may need and then some. I would absolutely stay there again!

This place was perfect for our family of 3. It's VERY small, make no mistake. But good things out weigh that for sure. From toilet paper to towels all stocked up and used every inch of space wisely. It was clean and cozy. A 6 minute walk to the DC Streetcar (free!) take that to union station, and you're ready for great sight seeing.

The best of both worlds. Visiting the busy city of DC but staying in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Eric's listing was exactly as the photos are, so no unexpected disappointments. It was clean, quiet and located in a charming, friendly neighborhood with lots of walk to options for food and drink. It was nice to see the city through a different lens. Eric was always quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend staying here.
