North Capitol Hill Luxury Townhome in Perfect Location

Vibrant colors and geometric patterns elevate this chic home to create a stylish and inviting ambiance. Decor items like the original local artwork exude a fun energy that complements the eclectic and diverse culture D.C. is known for. The unit comes with a complimentary parking pass for on-street parking. It is a private space with its own entrance on the basement level. A full-view glass entry door allows ample natural light. The entrance to the unit is on the L St side of the house, lower level. No key is needed. An access code will be given to guests prior to check in. I live in the upper two floors of this three-level townhome. The Airbnb unit is on the lower level. Consequently, I am nearby and able to address questions and requests quickly. The home is in a fantastic location that makes it easy to walk to iconic locations like Capitol Hill and the lively Union Market. The Union Station Metro is also nearby making it easy to explore the entire city at a moments notice. A parking pass is available with the unit; please request it in advance and remember to return it. Additionally, non-permit parking is available near the unit in two-hour intervals M-F between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. It is available with no hourly restrictions M-F 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on weekends. An outdoor security camera is located near the entrance to the unit and captures outdoor activity only.

Relax in a peaceful English basement apartment, lovely private garden, fully stocked kitchen, breakfast fixings, luxury linens, and personal care amenities. Walk to Capital One Arena, Chinatown, Portrait Gallery, Safeway and restaurants galore. Bonus for 3+ nights: 2 tickets to the O Museum in the Mansion (host is member of the Board). This newly renovated town house is located within walking distance of all the major sites and attractions Washington DC has to offer. Centrally located near the downtown business district, only a 15 mins walk or a 7 minute Uber ride to the DC convention center, Chinatown and union station. The metro is a short 13 mins walk to the New York Ave metro station. The house is only a block from the famous Big Bear cafe. 4 blocks from Bacio Pizzaria & other restaurants in the Bloomingdale neighborhood.

Gorgeous Designed 2-bedroom in DC, with parking!

A luxury English basement decorated with artwork from our global travels and laid out by a professional designer. We are just a short walk from some of the trendiest areas of Washington's burgeoning night life, with the bars, restaurants and clubs of Shaw and Ledroit Park just round the corner. We are a short ride from the Capitol, the Mall and the White House, in a leafy area that is central but discreetly set away from the hubbub of downtown. We also have off street parking for our guests!

Spacious studio apt, Super location, Parking

Due to unfortunate recent misses with guests, I will consider requests only from people with at least three reviews and a rating of 4 stars or higher. This is an open plan, modern end unit is across the street from National Zoo and Rock Creek Park. It's on two bus lines and walkable to Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and cable and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!

The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
