Waterfront vacation rentals in Washington

This location was unbelievable, right in the heart of Georgetown, a safe and beautiful neighborhood! It was moments to all of the sites in Washington DC. Lodi was a great communicator, and helped me figure out parking.

When I first found this apartment on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. I thought there was a catch! The pictures online don’t do it Justice at all. The apartment is gorgeous in person and the view is breathtaking. Waking up to the view felt like I was away on a private island or something. Kim is the most thoughtful, fun host. She provided us with all the information we needed and responded to our questions promptly. The apartment was not only tidy but also comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. The location was incredible. Kim had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Kim for such a wonderful time! We will definitely be back.

Nice and quiet. Restful after a long day of site seeing. Bus stop across the road makes it easy to get to sites. Veronica was so helpful and even checked on us to make sure all was well. Great host!

This place was great and Randall was responsive and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces were great. Location was only blocks away from the metro, ballpark, and several restaurants and grocery stores which was certainly another plus. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

I had a wonderful stay during my time at the airbnb. Checking in provided no difficulty whatsoever, and the staffers I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. The host was simply excellent. She would always respond to my questions in a timely manner, and she even gave helpful advice for parking. The location is exactly what I anticipated: a quick walk to the metro station, and a beautiful scene at the waterfront. Everything in the D.C. area was within a reasonable distance, regardless of the transportation method. I’m very satisfied that I booked a reservation for this place.

We loved the entire house and it's decorations. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. It is important to know that just 3 blocks away on 4th street is an excellent and large grocery store. Furthermore, just 5 or 6 blocks away is a metro stop, Navy Yard. This is a very comfortable way to enter the Metro system. We purchased a 1-week pass and found it very helpful. The bedroom is on the 3rd floor (U.S. terminology) or on the 2nd floor (South America terminology). This means walking up steps. For us, it was no problem, but for others with walking disabilities, it might be uncomfortable. Enjoy your visit with Lillian! Gerald Finch & Laura Andrade

It was amazing! Let us check out 30 minutes late for no cost. There was a problem with the door not closing but as soon as we told her someone was there in 15 minutes

Lucy was a great host with a very beautiful place. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking to stay in the dc area. Best place I’ve ever stayed.
