Both me and my friends we enjoy staying at your place and would definitely stay there if we have a trip like this again it was easy to check in. The room was perfect for what I needed and Elsy made check in and check out very easy. The visitor parking pass and small kitchenette were very convenient.

This is a true first floor with high ceilings and not one of those basement conversions with super low ceilings that are common to this area. Great location too—right across from the park is a bonus. Also, I’m here at the beginning of June and the garden out front is full and lovely. Overall a good space for a visit to Capitol Hill.

Eco-oasis 20 minutes from National Mall

Vanessa's house was amazing for us. It is on a quiet street with a beautiful western view and energy of nature. The house is a classic brick style of Washington D.C., but with new gentle renovations. It was close to the major D.C. landmarks (20-30 minute ride south) and also to the Rock Creek Park (4-6 minute ride for parking). Also, as a host I couldn't have asked for more. Open, helpful, and honest communication before, during, and after our stay were extremely appreciated. We highly recommend staying at this house if you have the opportunity.
