Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Washington

We enjoyed spending New Year’s Eve at Liza’s place. It was very comfortable and the fireplace and roof top deck were added features. Liza was very responsive to our questions, and we really felt as though we were at a home away from home. Great location!

We had a great stay and the place was a great value given the size and amenities. I was a little skeptical, given how new the listing was, but took a chance given the host's "super host" status with other properties. And the super host status showed in how nicely appointed the place was--one of the nicest we've stayed at. The jacuzzi was a little fiddly and I had to reset the circuit breaker several times, but I used it most nights--an added bonus. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were a bit removed from where I had hoped to stay, but we also were not in a cramped "English basement" dungeon that cost far more.

Great place that was clean, had air conditioning, and plenty of beds that were comfortable for our family of five. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was an excellent Airbnb, in the original spirit of this app/website. It was clearly their home, but not in a way that felt odd or intrusive; it just made the place homey and well stocked with cooking utensils, spices, etc. It's in an excellent location, walkable to Metro but quiet, and has ample parking. Also, they were extremely responsive, I rarely had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a response. Highly recommended

Ryan’s second floor apartment is a lovely historic home in a gorgeous neighborhood so close to all the action. Our family of four (2 young children) settled in easily and made all our meals there. Ryan was very easy to communicate with and was so accommodating - it was clear that our comfort was his priority! We’ll be back!

This place was so perfect for our weekend in DC! Hosts were so accommodating and the space is perfect for a large group. Location was perfect, I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience. House and grounds are even better than depicted in photos. Great interior design. Great light. Extremely comfortable. Super kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc. Totally stocked with things like coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, plastic wrap, tin foil, oils, seasonings, etc. Back yard is lovely. Hot tub is an ideal 104 degrees, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. While we were there, the city was doing work in the street. The water got turned off at about 9 am, we assumed due to work in street. By early evening it was still off, so we contacted hosts to let them know. We were totally fine, and would happily have made due without water until next day. Regardless, hosts immediately contacted the city, and water was back on in like 20 min! Thank you! Would not hesitate to recommend this house and experience.

Spacious Stay with Good Amenities Near Metro The home had a lot of space, which was great for stretching out and feeling at home. The washer/dryer and full kitchen were definitely a plus, especially for a longer stay. It’s also about .6 miles from ametro station, making it easy to get around the city. Some times we were also able to take the bus from the Metro to the bus stop in front in front of the house after a day of sight seeing. There was some noise at night as it's a busy area, but that is to be expected. Overall, it worked well for our needs. We appreciate the hospitality!
