Vacation rentals with a patio in Washington

Loved our stay at George & Linda's. The apartment is exactly as described & pictured. It was clean & comfortable with lots of thoughtful amenities and great information of things to do & see. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of stores, parks & the Metro easily walkable. George & Linda responded well to our queries & offered good advice & suggestions. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Washington DC.

Unfortunately we only had time to stay one night and were short on time so we didn’t get to explore the area too much. However the space was perfect! As other guests have mentioned, you can hear just about everything that is going on the floor above you. But it was not bothersome to us and nothing disruptive or ridiculously loud. The space was actually better in person, seemed larger and more spacious as well. Highly recommend!

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. It is our first choice when we are in DC visiting our daughter. Chris and Genevieve are always so responsive and helpful when we have a question. And the place is spotlessly clean, with just the right amount of decorations (aka no clutter). Some amenities we really appreciate are the free parking pass, comfy bed, Keurig coffee and provided snacks. It is a great apartment and we hope to return again soon.

This place is a GEM. We were traveling with a toddler and if I'm honest I was nervous about being in an apartment set up. This place is awesome! The lay out is great to have children with early bed times sleep in the bedroom while the adults still hang out. Marvin was super responsive and answered all of my questions. The place was beautiful and spotless, and the neighborhood felt extremely safe and walkable. We were able to walk all around Georgetown without having to drive which made our trip really enjoyable. Stay here!!

We visited D.C. for four nights and absolutely loved the Airbnb :) The apartment has anything you need, the bed and couch are very comfortable and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful! The Capitol and a lot of good restaurants are in walking distance, but you can also take the bus (1min walk from the apartment) if you want. Thank you Chad and Nicole! We had a wonderful time :)

Our stay at Will's townhouse was fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The cozy, homey vibe made us feel right at home. The upstairs office was a standout, offering a quiet, well-lit workspace with a comfortable chair and desk. Street parking was surprisingly hassle-free, with plenty of spots nearby. The location is ideal, close to local shops and restaurants. Will was a great host, responsive and attentive. I highly recommend Will's place to anyone visiting the area—it's a gem!

Was our 3rd time staying here and we have loved it every time.

What a wonderful house and location. Once we parked we never used the car till we left. So easy to get to all the tourist destinations and lots of choices for coffee and restaurants. House was clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay there again when doing the DC tourist thing!!

We felt safe in this neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We found it easily and access was simple. The layout worked great for our group. Proximity to the metro station and nearby restaurants was convenient.

A very comfortable, secure and quiet location that was received very clean. Selam is a very responsive host with helpful suggestions. Provided are ample bathroom (shampoo/conditioner and liquid bath wash included), kitchen, and washer/dryer supplies. A fully stocked kitchen with good cooking utensils, knives, and spice rack. Groceries at Safeway is an easy 0.7 mile walk. We enjoyed the Toki Classic Ramen and Half Chicken Steam Bun at the recommended walkable Toki Underground restaurant. The Chocolate Caramel Cloud is a must at the very nearby Capital Candy Jar. Granddaughter enjoyed the large chicken wings with mumbo sauce and the broccoli with brown sauce at Hong Kong Carryout. It is literally a carryout as there are no seats or dining tables. If walkers, it is a nice 30 min. walk to The Capitol, Union Station, and to the U.S. Postal Museum. Our accommodation was a welcome home base during our 7 days in Washington DC. Check out was literally easy-peasy. Thank you Selam!

Was a great stay in DC, short walk to many buses and metro train. Was very understanding about a checkout misunderstanding as well - very glad we stayed here!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! I spent 9 nights in this updated first floor apartment and enjoyed every one of them! The block was extremely quiet (one way) and tree lined. Easy walk to the Capitol and museums, great restaurants and cafes, and the Eastern Market metro. I felt extremely safe walking home at night, which was a major concern as a solo senior female. Everything in the apartment was spotless and I loved having the natural light during the day! Super comfortable bed and great shower! Dan was amazingly quick to answer any questions! He also kindly helped me with my suitcase and let me inside on arrival. A perfect host and great communicator! This Capitol Hill neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and I would stay with Dan again in a heartbeat!

Ian is very responsive to any questions. His place is a gem with an amazing rooftop patio and living room balcony. Close to all the bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Quiet building. Very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

Ruben was detailed in his check-in instructions and responded quickly when my friends and I had questions. Street parking was readily available right near the front door. The airbnb was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

If I could give 6 stars I would! This was the easily the best BNB i’ve stayed at! Kristen’s place was extremely clean, comfortable, private, organized, quiet, and stocked with all the necessities you could ever need, plus more. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. We chose to Uber into the city, which usually took about 20 minutes to all our destinations. She has thought of everything and was so considerate & accommodating! The robes and slippers were a nice touch & made our stay feel more like a luxury vacation. I’ve already recommended this place to 2 others! Would definitely stay again next time we visit the DC area!

We loved this home! Beginning with the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood, this apartment was right in the midst! Lovely apartment, easy to enter right off the street, and the entire place was just like brand new! Comfortable space, comfy beds and very nice amenities. They also were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. Driving distance to all the DC sites and fun, while staying in a quiet peaceful neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!
