Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

Roberta was extremely flexible with our check in due to traffic and was there to greet us with a smile and personally show us around the place. The place was decorated eclectically and beautiful. I loved the decor style and it felt so artsy and homey. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Roberta is home throughout your stay, so you may hear her walking around upstairs throughout the day/night but it wasn’t disrupting. Our stay was wonderful and I would absolutely book her again.

This was a wonderful experience for our family that came to DC for our daughter’s graduation. The home had everything we needed and provided a relaxing, comfortable space, complete with a beautiful yard and pool. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.

This was a great home to stay in with a convenient location. We were able to walk to the subway station to travel anywhere we needed to go in the city. I recommend booking this!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and coffee. Not to mention the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The location was perfect—peaceful, but still close to everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Stefane’s airbnb is a lovely space. It is clean and well-appointed in a walkable neighborhood with coffee and restaurants quite near. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space itself is a basement unit, so very little natural light. Great spot for single travelers or a couple.

Lawrence was a great, accommodating host. He was very helpful and the place was Great. Perfect for our weekend plans. We'll be back!

Great house! V nice location, lots of room, the house had a nice common area, nice furniture and touches, and many details were thought of — automatic dishwasher and laundry dispenser, umbrellas in the entrance, etc … would highly recommend!

Art and Alison were fantastic hosts! Their place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. They were quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The home felt top notch — from the cozy decor to the quality linens, toiletries, and coffee. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely return. Thank you both!

The place was nice and comfy for the 4 of us. Good sized rooms and nice furnishings. Great amenities w snacks, water, and coffee pods. Also convenient to have an in unit washer and drier.

We stayed here for an extended weekend. It had all the amenities you'd need. The neighborhood is in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely recommend!

Great spot! Close to so much! Quiet walkable, neighborhood. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable. It is up a flight of stairs if mobility is an issue. Hosts were quick to reply and answer questions. We will definitely stay here again!

if I could rate this place from 1 to 10 I would give it a 1...HUNDRED!!!! There aren't enough stars to give! This adorable home far exceeded my expectations with all the details and amenities. I loved the local recommendations and they even thought to leave a toy for my dog :) btw if you have a dog this is a great neighborgood since there is SO much grassy areas around to walk :) I so highly recommend this air bnb! the host truly thought of everhthing :)
