Vacation rentals with a pool in District 4

Lovely property with great attractions. Great pool area. The hosts were super helpful and the property was as described. Slightly out of the city centre but we knew this before booking.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

An excellent modern apartment, that is well equipped. The host Alex was a fantastic host, with good fast communication. location has easy, quick and cheap access to places around District 1 with grab app. it only cost around £4 from the Airport. £1 to £2 around district 1 We were a family of four adults from the UK and it was perfect with 3 bedrooms. I highly Recommend

L'appartement fait environ 25 M2 avec une vue magnifique sur HCMC depuis le 20 ème étage (on ne s'en lasse pas !). Côté équipements, l'espace cuisine est suffisant pour faire chauffer des plats, la télévision dispose d'un grand écran et le lit est confortable. La nuit il ne fait pas complètement noir dans la chambre car une petite porte fenêtre n'a pas de rideau. L'appartement est propre et les bruits de la ville ne sont pas gênants vu la hauteur. Peu de monde à l'étage lors de mon passage du coup c'était très calme. Le quartier tout autour est authentique et mérite d'être visité avec entre autres plein de petits restaurants et cafés fréquentés par les Vietnamiens. On est à 20 minutes à pied de l'hypercentre. Enfin l'accueil est souriant et sympathique. Allez y c'est une super expérience !

Annie’s check in instructions were very clear and the aircon was turned on prior to our arrival. Everything was neat and clean. Our stay was absolutely enjoyable. Thanks Annie!

That's a very good place) Location not far from District 1. 24/7 food stores in the same building) Friendly 24/7 security guards. Mai was very nice and provided me with weekly cleaning, which was very helpful :) Great view from the window. I would like to mark separately the high ceiling in the apartment, which gives additional good feeling of space (honestly it's first time I see such height in a new building)) Conditioner works like a charm. It can be a bit noisy with window open, with window closed everything's great :) Enjoyed my stay!

Very friendly and helpful host. The place is exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

beautiful place within walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, bars, and pretty much anything you need! staff at the location is very friendly and there is a nice restaurant downstairs. host is great:)
