Family-friendly vacation rentals in District 4

We were not able to stay because of work. But Nathalie was a perfect host

The place is conveniently located in the center of district 1, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The building has 24/7 security and other amenities, however the walls in the unit has some stains and could use a paint job, the chairs in the kitchen are somewhat dirty and there are small ants all over the kitchen counter, the place would be perfect if those issues are taken care of.

We were absolutely captivated by the stunning views from our cozy spot on the 26th floor! Not only that, but the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Conveniently located on the ground level were a pharmacy, coffee shop, 7/11, and Winmart. Countless restaurants were within walking distance, and we could easily reach Bui Vein Walking street with just a 10-minute stroll. Our stay was a warm, friendly, and seamless experience, thanks to the host's responsiveness.

Steve was an excellent host. He moved heaven and earth to get us into the apartment when we were earlier than expected. Simple, stylish and spotlessly clean. Loved the super comfortable bed with quality bed linen and soft bedside lighting. Great location, easily walkable to all our favorite foodie places. Thanks Steve!

The location is very good. It is near the tourist spots and nightlife. Yet, it is peaceful at the apartment. They have a lot of people attending to your queries and requests. They can also arrange transportation and tours when requested. The Chillax team made our vacation hassle-free.

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

It’s amazing experience, the home which in photo was not ready although but host have arranged some other place which was really nice and that also in time ( good two flat in high rise building ) I really appreciate for the quick response and action He is really was help in all tracking and communicating before arrival I strongly recommending this place

We had a breathtaking view to watch the fireworks and spent a deeply peaceful and heartwarming time at Bach’s home. My mother was filled with joy and happiness.

The room is perfect. Nice view, clean bathroom, big bed, near convenience stores, security, swimming pool, personal washing machine. The room was very good and better than regular 4~5 star hotels to us. So I request her to extend 1 day suddenly , but she kindly confirmed it and charge good price.

L'appartement est très agréable, propre, calme et dispose de tout équipement dont nous pouvons avoir besoin (machine à laver, etc...). Il est un peu excentré du centre ville (ceci dit, en Grab, taxi ou en scooter nous y sommes en 10-15 min) mais il est idéal et reposant après une grosse journée bien remplie. De plus, l'hôte est à notre entière disposition et très sympathique. Nous recommandon vivement cet appartement pour un séjour à HCM et nous y reviendrons certainement pour notre prochain séjour.

Perfect place in an ideal location to explore the city. This unit has everything, including a washing machine, and Lin went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Would recommend this spot to anyone, thanks again!

Minh's apartment was in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. A short walk to Ben Thanh Market as well. The city views are spectacular at this location, especially at night. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 7 during our stay. Thank you!

Stayed there in the month of June of 2025 The place is very safe. Security is always around . I stayed at the studio apartment for 10 days and loved every day there. There's a key fob for the elevator and a key for your room. Also security cameras are in the hall way and the pool is nice. The AC system is awesome you'll definetly stay cool inside. The place is close to plenty of places to get food fast and also it's close to tourist spots Im actually considering going back again in a few months. I rate the place a 5 star place I have not one complaint about this place. Also taxi cab drivers get to this area fast. If your coming from America etc remember to download the Grab app to order a driver etc by app. You'll save alot of money on cab fare. It's used by millions here. Also check out the resturant connected to the building . The food and tea is great there 👍. This area is safe for taking walks . Owners allowed me to get an early check in also Robert R.
