숙소는 5층에 위치하고 있으며 5층이라 엘레베이터 대기시간이 빠릅니다. 시원한 삼성 에어컨과 세탁기 건조기 모두 다 있습니다. 여분의 타월 까지 충분합니다. 주방에는 조리도구와 식기류 음식을 조리할수있는 양념들까지 모두 준비되어 있습니다. 몸만 와서 편하게 즐기다 갑니다. 1층에는 편의점과 하이랜더커피숍이 있어 너무 편리하구요..아파트 바로앞에는 맛있는 쌀국수.후띠우.반깐꾸어 모든곳이 바로 앞에 있어 걸어서 즐길거리가 너무 많습니다. 아파트 오른쪽으로 조금만 걸으면 현지 시장이 있어서 베트남의 모든것을 즐길수 있습니다. 모든것이 다 준비되있는 이 아파트를 추천 드립니다. ^^;

This apartment was beautiful, better than we had imagine. Very good price for such an amazing place. The apartment is walkable but also such a close drive to so many attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, District 3 with many popular shopping brands!

This is a fairly new and modern apartment on the 17th floor; very much like a hotel room with a card key slot to turn on power to the apartment. We used the aparment as our base to stow our gear on our trip to the Mekong Delta (roughly 4 hrs away driving). The rest of the time we explored Ho Chi Minh City. ...if you want to get to downtown you'll need to take a Grab (their version of Uber) from this location; Grab is very inexpensive and it's a short ride....recommend you get the app. There is a small WinMart nearby so snacks and drinks are convenient to get. We mostly ate out when we were there, so didn't use the appliances much. Clean and comfortable - all in, we would rent this apartment again.

This place was a beautiful cozy place ! We enjoyed the beautiful views and overall felt so comfortable! Host was very responsive , we enjoyed our stay a lot !

I had an amazing stay here! The building exceeded my expectations - its luxurious feel made me forget I was in a condo, not a hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the lovely scent at the entrance was a nice touch. Getting around was effortless, and foodies will love the abundance of street food options nearby. Plus, it was surprisingly quick to reach some fantastic restaurants. The pools were stunning, showcasing the architect's attention to detail. But what truly made my stay special was the host's exceptional hospitality. Their fast responses and helpfulness made all the difference. I'll definitely book this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone. 100% satisfied!

I went to Saigon with a friend, and we decided to stay close to the District 1 and this place was amazing, we could go to almost everywhere in 10-15 min walking. Hannah, gave us a lot of recommendations around and with that, the trip became a way easier. We had a great time

sehr gute Lage, nahe Distrikt 1. Das Studio hat alles was man braucht und es war sauber. Wifi war gut. im Erdgeschoss gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und eine Apotheke.

房東非常熱情友好，在我們入住時主動提供幫助，並關心我們的入住狀況。 房間是臨時更換的，因為原訂的房間空調維修中。不過更換的房間非常棒，窗外就是西貢的天際線，景色很美。房間也非常的乾淨。 公寓的樓下有三間超商，附近也有很多的餐廳，其中一家Pho Mong很美味。公寓的電梯不擁擠，不會花費太長時間。 如果有下一次，一定會繼續選擇。

The apartment was well located and the host very helpful… in one instance, the room I was staying in had a little problem as the ac was not working so even at 3 am in the night kandy was responsive and came on the next day with his team who fixed the ac in one hour. Overall the place was well located, all the main attractions were 15 mins away which was convenient and the view was also nice as it overlooked the river and the city I would give this place a 9/10 rating. If you are looking for a place to stay in Ho Chi Minh but don’t want to stay in the heart of district 1 then this is the place for you

Lần thứ 2 quay lại, phòng thường hay kín vào cuối tuần nên mãi mình mới book lại được. Chủ nhà chỉn chu, mọi thứ gọn gàng sạch sẽ, rất ưng ý và thoải mái. Có vấn đề gì mình cũng được phản hồi hỗ trợ rất nhanh chóng. Chắn chắn sẽ quay lại.

Ling’s place is a clean, quiet, and comfortable place with plenty amenities. The location is great with several coffee shops around. Ling is a great host; very supportive, communicative, responsive and informative.

I love the location. Close to everything but not super noisy area. Host was very helpful with our early check in , and when you are traveling with big group we very much appreciate it. Clean and organized. Recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is super convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the riverside and about 20 minutes to Times Square. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning: every morning and evening I found myself just staring out the window at the river and the skyline. The apartment itself is very clean and well-kept. The host is incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming — she really made me feel at home. On top of that, she also offers cooking classes, which is a lovely bonus for anyone interested in Vietnamese cuisine. If you’re into street food, there’s a whole street of local options just nearby. And if you're looking for something more upscale, the city center restaurants are within easy walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naomi’s place. She was kind enough to arrange a car for us upon arrival to the airport. Her place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Naomi was very responsive to any of our questions. I’d highly recommend this place!

Absolument rien à redire. Tout était niquel! Je recommande à 100% L’hôte est super réactif, l’appartement est conforme à la description et photos et en plus il y avait des petites attentions comme des petits biscuits. Paisible et très mignons. J’hésiterais pas à reprendre cet appartement sans hésiter ! Merci pour tout
