With all the amenities at the resort, there's no need to leave, but if you do, it's just a short walk to the beach, and the rest of Destin is within a 4-mile radius.

Unit has fully functional kitchen and wifi included. Master bedroom beach/sunset views! Sleeps 4 adults with use of sofa bed in living area and additional cot-sized bunkbeds.

Vacation or work at our comfortable waterfront kitchenette studio in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. The sugar white sand beaches are just a short drive away, and adventure awaits right at your doorstep on Santa Rosa Sound. Includes pool and marina! Boat slip (28 Ft) available! The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. We are real owner-hosts and strive to keep our unit spotless and well supplied for our cherished guests.

Small Waves-30A beachhouse w golf cart/neighb pool

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. You can stand on the back deck and see views of the sugary white sand beaches that are right across the street from our place. Beach service at our private beach for 2 included.
