This place was perfect for our family vacation with our extended family. Admittedly, I was weary when I saw that there was a short walk to the beach because we love beach front, but the walk was just that - very short and a complete non-issue. The backyard is gorgeous and set up wonderfully for both daytime and nighttime. All in all an absolutely wonderful trip.

We had a great stay in Destin! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The pool and back deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Patrick was super responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The only negative was that the house is on a busy corner and with it comes a bit of street noise. I was pleasantly surprised however, that everyone slept great all 5 nights of our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was our first family vacation that all of our children were able to go on in a past few years. The house and location were wonderful. I was hesitant cause we normally stay in a different area while in Destin. But this house was perfect for all of us. Close to anything and everything you could want. But yet the peacefulness that we all wanted. The pool and fenced in back yard were perfect for all of us and our 2 small dogs. Definitely was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation for all of us.

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!

Amazing location, just 10 min walk to private beach. Home is in gated community with 2 pools & basketball/tennis court. Home was clean and bed was comfortable.

We absolutely loved the condo! We spent a week enjoying every moment of the view! The pool was great and the beach being right there was fantastic! We hated to see the week come to an end! We will definitely visit again!

Great stay, and amazingly convenient to the beautiful beach! We loved having the beach service with an umbrella and two chairs, which saved us having to haul them to the beach. The condo itself was beautiful, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay! Convenient parking and elevator access couldn’t be beat. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Meredith was an awesome host! She was very responsive, descriptive and even gave excellent recommendations. This space felt like home for my family and I and had everything we needed. The home was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. The location was quiet and within 5 minutes to grocery stores and shopping. The beach was a 9 minute walk and had an easy access. 10/10 recommend booking with Meredith!!

We were so sad to go back home to northern Ky yesterday. Our stay was perfect, the weather was great and my family loved our "home away from home". Colette was wonderful and we were very glad to meet her. The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed. It was clean and comfortable. We will definitely plan another visit there.

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

Great place! Went with two friends and we had a blast :) Kate was very responsive, kind, and understanding. Sitting on the back porch gave us the most peaceful mornings and we loved the Sand Flea that was at the private beach. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone who wants a nice relaxing trip to Destin to stay at this Airbnb!

Amazing stay for us and our family! Place was gorgeous, pool was beautiful, and walking distance to the beach made our visit incredible. We left feeling refreshed and recharged. Must stay! And will be the first place we look if we come back.

Holly welcomed us with open arms and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is a great deal with the option of the private beach. A quiet neighborhood with lots of places nearby for food and activities. We definitely enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Destin and everything it has to offer.

Loved it! The location was just around the corner to harbor, access to my personal watercraft at the back door. Very nice and clean.

This was my first solo trip and it was the most relaxing and much needed momcation, mental health break, nursecation I could ask for. I went on my first helicopter ride, got a facial and massage, and ate some amazing seafood. This home was not only peaceful and in a great location, it was also very clean and neat. The murphy bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I will definitely be booking again.

Don’t let the new listing tag fool you—this stay was incredible. The host was a pro and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and offers a stunning view of the pool and canal. We love fishing, and the backyard’s easy water access made it perfect for daily fun. We spent a full week here and only made it to the beach once because we couldn’t get enough of the amenities right at our doorstep. The paddleboard, kayak, wagons, and abundance of chairs were great bonuses, the garage also helped us keep the space tidy. The walk to the beach was quicker than expected—closer than the pictures suggest and even faster than some nearby condos we’ve stayed at. Plus, the harbor taxis that pick you up at the backyard dock added a unique touch, taking us to local restaurants with ease. If you don’t need a constant beachfront view, this house offers a much better experience than a condo. It’s easily one of our best stays, and we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed for a week in June, very nice location, close to everything, shops, restaurants and grocery store. Beach was only a couple of minutes walk, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a wagon to carry everything was very handy, we only used the wagon one day just because we didn’t need to take so many things to the beach. House was perfect, clean and great amenities. Host was super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

WONDERFUL HOUSE WITH PLENTY OFF ROOM FOR US (4 AND ALITTLE DOG). A LARGER FAMILY COULD EASLIY BE COMFORTABLE HERE! LOCATION WAS PERFECT AS IT ISNT BEACHFRONT BUT IT IS WATERFRONT AND NOT A BAD GOLF CART RIDE TO THE BEACH IF YOU RENT ONE. THE WALK ISNT BAD BBUT UNDERSTNAD FLORIDA HUMITY BEFORE GETTING AFTER IT. THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WITH PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR. THE MAIN DRAWBACK WAS CONSTRUCTION AROUND IT CURRENTLY. THERE WERE 2 HOUSE ACROSS THE WATER (40 YARDS AWAY) THAT WERE BEING BUILT OR REMODLED. THE JACKHAMMERS, DELIVERY TRUCKS, AND THE HOLLERING AT EACH OTHER, STARTED AT 8 AND WENT TO 5 EVERYDAY. WE WENT TO THE BEACH AND THEN JUST WAITED TIL THEY QUIT, BEFORE GOING OUTSIDE MOST DAYS. IF YOU WANNA SLEEP LATE HERE, OR ANY HOUSE CLOSE BY, FORGET IT UNTIL THEY GET FINISHED. IT CANT BE HELPED BUT IS A NUSIANCE ON A VACAY. OVERALL, WONDERFUL, JUST VERY LOUD AND BUSY!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Jennifer and Matt put so much love and detail into this home and it shows. I will always look to stay here and will recommend to anyone I know coming to this area!

We loved staying here! The price is a little appalling- but you do get what you pay for in terms of privacy, location, views, and the space itself. During our stay we had a transformer blow right outside of our window which caused the power to go out - the host was extremely responsive and on top of the power company! We appreciated the patios furniture and the boogie boards and toys left for the kids! The wagon was very helpful too. The appliances were clean and the house was well kept!! They left a vacuum out for use and that was super helpful for sand. There is a playpen too, which they should list!
