LOVED this home! Was perfect for our little girls getaway trip! Very modern and updated. The pool and outdoor showers were the best part! The only odd thing was the placement of some of the light switches but literally the only thing that we found ourselves questioning and it became a game LOL. The beds were even super comfy!

Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

This is our second stay and we intend to come back over and over again. This is such a beautiful home with the best amenities. The perfect place to soak in the Sun and relax! Iva and Greg were great hosts, they were very helpful and fast when we needed help with a few things. The house was very clean and is very nice. Great place to stay with family or friends. The pool is so nice!

We loved the area that the house was in. Walkable to the beach and within a short walk or bike to a few restaurants and coffee spots. The pool was also perfect! Just make sure you always remember to press and hold the door alarm override when accessing the pool from the guest room - the alarm is extremely loud which is great if you have little ones but not so great if you, as an adult, forget to hold the button long enough :) We would love to stay here again!

Great space for our family of 10. Nice size pool and outdoor area. Very responsive and appreciative host. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance from 4 of our 5 baseball games. Would definitely stay here again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We had a fantastic week! Kids loved the pool, ping pong, and cornhole! We had everything we needed and Matthew was fast to respond to any questions. We had a lot of fun taking golf cart on drives around town as well. Highly recommend this place!

Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

The property was better in-person than the pictures. Great overall spacious layout and the high ceilings made every room even more grand. Phenomenal location and my kids loved the golf cart. Very responsive hosts, would certainly highly recommend.

We've been vacationing along 30A almost two decades, and this our favorite home and location to date. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, super quick golf cart trip to Cowgirl Kitchen, gorgeous home, and a private pool. It smells and looks brand new. :)

We loved our stay at Kaley’s place. The house was beautiful and had lots of space. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom connected to it. Perfect for our group of three different families. The kids loved hanging out at the pool. We also appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, and toys.

I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

Perfect home for a perfect vacation. My family of 4 absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house. Not only is this a perfect location, the proximity to the beach, great restaurants and an amazing community pool, the home had everything you would need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas and a golf cart! I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The kids spent hours on end in the private heated pool and also took advantage of the community pool which was just up the road. Restaurants were within walking distance. The beach could have been as well, but we chose to use the golf cart to haul the provide chairs. Beach had beautiful turquoise waters. One of my favorite places to vacation in Florida. Would definitely recommend!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

This was a last minute stay and Isabella was wonderful! All communication was prompt and thorough. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great, albeit short, stay. Highly recommend!
