Great place to stay and the home was so well stocked with beach towels, bath towels and blankets. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. the neighbors dogs bark at you you when you walk out back but leave you alone after that. They are just doing their job. The house is close to beaches and a lot of restaurants. I would rebook if I return to the area.

Our group loved our stay at Destin for Greatness. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was convenient and the beach shuttle was so helpful and quick! We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our girls trip!

Great place to stay at and very clean which is what I always look for in a home! The $500 hold on my credit card (which was separate from airbnb and something I hadn’t experienced on this platform before) was fine but when it was time to release the hold at the end of the stay, I did have a few questions on why it was showing three times on my credit card. The host said it was the bank, the bank said it was the host. That was little frustrating but of course the hold eventually fell off just like the host said it would. I just wish that wasn’t part of the experience. Otherwise, all was fabulous. Would recommend the home to others!

Nick’s place is a great deal. It fit the whole family, covered the bases on kitchen, grill, tv, internet, and ac, and the community pool and shuttle were a huge help from a child entertainment and transportation perspective. Nick was responsive and helpful throughout. Solid.

A group of 12 of us stayed at this house in March and we had a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful and was a short walk to the beach. The house had beach chairs which was great! Chris was always extremely responsive and helped very quickly with some immediate questions we had during check-in.

This place is beautiful! My friends and I had a great time for my birthday celebration. The kitchen is stocked. It has a regular coffee maker and Keurig machine. The 2nd floor has another fridge and sink and its own living room area as well!! The pool is beautiful and it’s not too far from beach. The hosts are absolutely wonderful with communication! I would highly recommend this place!!

Outstanding host, very responsive ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Cute neighborhood with beautiful pool and attentive HOA staff. We loved walking to the beach everyday and the sturdy wagon was a game changer for hauling our gear and everything we could possibly want with us to spend the day on the beautiful white sandy beach. Christina’s house had everything we needed and was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The Welcome Guide (app) was a go to with all the information at our fingertips. We enjoyed our extended stay in Christina’s home and made great memories with family who visited us. Thank you for being an amazing host and sharing your home with us!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

We totally enjoyed our stay at The Coral Sea Cottage! We had 8 adults + 10 kids and this space worked out really well for us. The neighborhood was lovely, the pool was great and we had everything that we needed at the house. We had a couple so small maintenance things that we reached out about and Graham was very quick to reply and offer assistance. We are already looking at trying to book again for next year!

The condo was perfect. It had up to date applicances and the beautifully decorated. We stayed with our 4 kids and they loved the pool and the beach area right in the back. There were double red flags on the beach most of the stay so being able to get in the bay was great. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This home was perfect for myself and 4 kiddos. Even though not beach front, it was right around the corner from beach access. The golf cart stole the show- the kids loved it and it had speakers for music which made cruising around that more fun. We never even got in our vehicle except to drive to shopping and going to the Harbor. All the bedrooms are great sizes and the backyard was a VIBE! We paid extra for the pool to be heated for the cooler nights and since the ocean was still pretty chilly. And it was soooo warm! Chris was very responsive with questions and allowed an early check-in as we arrived an hour early. Very safe neighborhood and plenty of places to sit outside on decks or by the pool. We felt right at home!

The house was beautifully done and very welcoming. It was a close walk to the beach, and all necessities were provided. I (and our dog) loved the upstairs balcony as well. We all had a great time and look forward to staying again.
