Condo vacation rentals in Okaloosa County

The condos location was amazing! Very clean and accommodating. We did have some issues with pool bracelets but Markietta was very helpful and readily available. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

Genuinely a fantastic stay, my girlfriend and I loved Fort Walton and decided to book this place for her birthday. The place was clean, had a really nice patio and Dan was very helpful and friendly! Absolutely going to pick this place again when we’re ready for another vacation!

This is a nice place, just a short 5~10 minute walk to a public beach access point. To reach the beach, you’ll need to cross a main road, but there are designated pedestrian crosswalks right in front of each access point, and drivers stop for pedestrians. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the downstairs includes a small kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. A small balcony offers a view of nearby buildings. While this place is currently undergoing renovations, it is fully functional, well-equipped, and perfectly clean. The hosts were very responsive, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a great place to stay for a quick weekend get-away. Place was spacious, beds were comfy, and the beach was right there! Would stay here again.

My friends and I stayed here over Easter weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday and get baptized. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was super clean and there was just enough space for the three of us. We could not get over how cute the place was, it was PERFECT for a girls trip!!

Lauren and Kris were awesome! They responded super fast and answered all my questions very respectfully and nicely. My friend group went for a short spring break trip and it was perfect. The walk to the beach was so short!! The place was very well kept and everyone said the beds were super comfortable. It was a little chilly at the beach one day, so my friends and I stayed back and enjoyed the back patio and lawn. It felt very private while back there. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others!

Erin was a wonderful host. Very responsive when I had questions and incredibly accommodating! Definitely a great choice for Destin. Would book again!

Large and clean space! Quiet and convenient complex. Only hiccup is the washer didn’t work but the owner was super responsive and on top of it. Loved the double balconies! Would definitely stay again.

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! Cute and cozy beach condo with easy walking access to a private beach and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was still a great place to stay at. Beautiful in the inside and if you wanted to walk to places you can it’s not too far which was perfect. Not too far from the beach either. Will be booking again

George was an awesome host!! One minor thing was broke, and I bought it to his attention he came in fixed it in 10 min or even less!!! His place was cozy, clean, and neat most definitely the perfect location less than 5-10 min drive to all the places we was going to for our vacation with the kids.

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Easy and quick stay to attend a beach wedding. Great value for a decent amount of space. Beach traffic is no joke if you head to the main boardwalk of Ft. Walton but super close to the condo we had a wonderful pizza shop, breakfast spot, the funky downtown district, and a food truck park in a covered car wash (that was my personal fave!)

We had great time! Very nice apartment right across the street from the beach. Some beach gear already available in the apartment to which we added some more for the next guests. Very clean, easy instructions, easy parking, all in all we really enjoyed it!

We had an amazing stay at Joe’s place. The condo looks just like the pictures except the space feels bigger once you are inside. Villa 7 is in the most convenient location on the property….you literally walk outside and the hot tub is in front of you and the pools are just a couple steps away. Candidly, I was a little worried that perhaps it would be loud in the evening if people were still in the pool or hot tub, but once you close the door, you are in your own little peaceful slice of heaven. I spent every morning on the patio having my coffee and looking out onto the grounds. It was lovely. This was the first time I have ever stayed in an Airbnb that I never once had to reach out with a question or issue the entire duration of our stay. The host was very proactive….anticipating our needs, and even suggesting what we should bring and what would already be taken care of. Huge timesaver!! I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful, relaxing trip in a great location.

Beautifully redone condo. My favorite one now at Beach Resort!!! Mattresses were very comfortable, extra added touches include shower/bath dispensers, spices, coffee bar with some pods, extra TP etc… loved patio furniture, peekaboo gulf view. Excellent communication. Only “negative “ is no dresser in smaller bunk room so used the shelves in bathroom but no hanging space or drawers (I hate living out of my suitcase but others are good with that so preference). Thanks!!

Jacob and Bethany are amazing host! They responded in a timely manner when I did have questions. But my questions were minimum, due to them covering everything in the welcome packet. My kids enjoyed the pool area. Oooh, shuttle available to near by beach and near by entertainment/restaurants. My Family and I loved everything about this place. Will definitely stay with them again! 🤗
