The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Villa located on the edge of the Montgó de Dénia nature park. You can enjoy its heated swimming pool, summer kitchen and garden in a very quiet environment away from prying eyes.
