Villas in Dénia

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

We spent 7 weeks with the whole family at Nader's place and had a great time. The house is in a great location close to mountains, beaches, shops and town all within 10 minutes by car. The garden with the pool is very nice, there are fruit trees and the children could play here. The whole neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is well equipped, the internet here is very fast and suitable for work. We really enjoyed playing ping pong. We highly recommend staying at Nader's place and would love to come back.

The best hosts you could ask for! We were very lucky to stay with a very loving host couple – and what can we say? It was just perfect. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, with a loving welcome gesture: wine, snacks and even treats for our dog – including a food bowl! The accommodation itself is furnished with incredible taste and attention to detail. There is really nothing missing: from coffee amenities (even with cookies!) to little extras that make the stay special. The hosts not only provided comfort, but also provided us with a small program of activities and restaurant tips nearby – super helpful and personally compiled. The location is fantastic: quiet, with great views, close to charming villages, small shops and the beach. Great for hiking too. These two people are the word hospitality.

Our stay at the place was wonderful. Kerstin is a warm host who lovingly takes care of her guests and likes to pass on her tips for food, beaches and activities. But she also always gave us the necessary space. The two cats who live on the property were very sweet and trusting and immediately won our hearts. The kitchen, living room and outdoor area with large pool are shared with a maximum of 4 other guests. However, the villa is so large that there is always a way to retreat outside your own room. Villa la Paz is located just outside Dénia - we enjoyed the tranquility and the good air very much, it was like in paradise. The surrounding area is also beautiful and invites you to many water activities, walks through the towns and excursions into nature. We would always recommend the place and especially recommend the massage that we were able to book.

We were very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The house has lots of natural light and has all the amenities. The area is quiet and easily accessible. Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic accommodation, the furnishings are so loving, everything is very clean, the terrace is the absolute highlight, very large and everything you need with the incredible view. We stayed. Raquel’s place for a week at the end of May. The villa is fantastically well equipped, even including beach towels, deck chairs and parasols. It’s a 8 minute walk to the beach and there is a great beach bar/restaurant Raquel communicated really well including short videos. The whole family loved it.

We planned our entire trip to Spain around this Airbnb, and it did not disappoint. If I could give this 11 or 12 stars, I would. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The rooms were comfortable and the views were truly amazing! Communication with the owners was seamless! I hope we will be able to return someday soon!

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

A lovely 2 bedroom flat that matches the description and photos. It’s in a wonderful location across from the marina with many nice restaurants. There is a nice mall a short 15 minute drive away for good shopping also if wanted.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

We went as a group of 6 and had an incredible time. The house is amazingly located, the views were beautiful. We had tons of space and the house very well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Our host Ton was also fantastic and super responsive to all communication. Can’t wait to visit again

Spacious and beautiful house with stunning views. Luxury, equipped with slender comforts and the elevator upstairs is a great solution for those who have difficulty walking.

The surroundings are beautiful and the garden radiates peace and beauty. Bea is a lovely, warm and attentive person: you can ask her anything and she is always willing to help, while fully respecting your privacy. I felt at home from the start. And Flaka... what an adorable little dog! I've completely fallen in love with it. A place and some people (and a dog!) that I will never forget.

The house is beautiful, it has everything you need, impeccable cleanliness and bedding, the location is ideal in the center of Dénia, everything is easily accessible and the terrace is absolutely a plus! The host is friendly and responsive; I spent 10 wonderful days in this absolutely charming little house! I would highly recommend it. 🙌
