Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Daratsos

The place was great. Location was perfect for us: close to some true gems food wise, beaches, wineries, etc. We loved it. We stayed 1 week, so we truly got a chance to enjoy it. Was also able to yoga in the morning with a view on the olive trees. All the little attentions made us feel welcomed.

We had a great time at Katerina's place. Check-in was very flexible and even possible before 3 pm. The place was as described, the highlight is of course the hot tub. We felt very comfortable. Thanks again for the homemade food.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location is quiet and offers a great view of the sea – perfect for unwinding. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The landlords were friendly and helpful and made the stay pleasant. All in all, a nice house for a relaxing beach vacation.

My 4 best friends and I spent a week in Tom's cottage and we were thrilled from start to finish! The view from the beautiful terrace was fantastic and we loved having breakfast here, eating dinner, grilling on the barbecue or just sitting together and playing games. The house itself was also really pretty and very tidy. Everything we needed was there. The rooms are actually much more spacious than they appear in the photos, which surprised us very positively. The kitchen was equipped with the most important utensils. The shower always had hot water and the shower head had good water pressure. Linens and towels were clean. Each room is equipped with my AC. Every now and then we were visited by a sugar-sweet dachshund. Tom is very nice and open to recommendations! We can more than recommend Tom's place and would love to return at some point. :)

We spent a week at Maria’s place and it was ideal for what we wanted. Spacious, clean and about 15 minutes of walking to several lovely beaches, restaurants. With 2 supermarkets, and bus stops for buses into Chania just around the corner. Maria was very easy to contact and responded quickly, even driving us to the supermarket on our first day, and booking us a taxi to get us to the airport on time. Maria and her husband also shared some homemade wine with us that we very much enjoyed. We found the 21 bus to be the best bus to catch into town. All around a great experience ❤️🐐

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was super clean and everything well maintained. Just felt right at home with an amazing view, great beds and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Absolutely magical! Roula’s stone house is an incredibly picturesque and charming place to stay. The terrace is a dream – shaded naturally by a tree and offering a stunning view of the sunset. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with everything you might need. A little heads-up for tall people: the doorway to the terrace is a bit low – you might want to duck (don’t worry, we laughed every time!). There are some fantastic tavernas just around the corner, and it’s the perfect starting point for scenic hikes through the area. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely loved this airbnb. Small deck overlooking the Chania Bay lighthouse and all the restaurants surrounding the bay. Airbnb at end and had a great restaurant (with blue chairs) that had great food. Beds were comfortable and back bedroom was very quiet as well. The owner met us at check-in and explained everything. Top deck was very nice to sit, my husband actually pulled out his laptop and worked on the table for awhile. He was in heaven. But we enjoyed sitting on small deck off living space too. Husband and myself w our two young adult children loved that we were so close to everything. Do not hesitate to book this airbnb.

Great place in Chania, less than 10 min drive to the city center. Beautiful big room/studio with everything you need, it’s so clean and peaceful. Wonderful pool, overall recommend!

Beautiful apartment, backyard is very generous, large kitchen and lounge. Walking distance to beautiful beach, restaurants, short drive to supermarkets. The place had everything you need plus more and treats on arrival. Would highly recommend for families. Beautiful to relax in the backyard and enjoy a BBQ.

We stayed at Roula's house and, from the beginning, communication was quick and easy. He personally wanted to wait for us even though the arrival was scheduled before midnight, and we appreciated this very much. The house is very nice and technological. The rooms are very clean. Beautiful outdoor veranda with a large table for breakfast or dinner. Nice TV, even though we didn't use it. Quiet area with great bakery and nice supermarkets, outside the city but very easily accessible. I highly recommend it!! Whoever takes it will surely be fine.

Hidden gem! Loved this home, literally two minute walk to Golden Beach. Katerina is so sweet (she met us in-person, had local restaurant recommendations, and even provided a bottle of wine). The home was perfect for our group of 6 (great value for the money, too). Would 100% come again!

Erin was an amazing host and very responsive. The apartment is small but for us perfectly enough since we spent most time exploring the island! They had beach towels for us to use which was an amazing touch, there is a grocery store around the corner, and the porch is a beautiful place to enjoy coffee! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect. We arrived later by ferry and Afroditi was very quick to respond to accommodate us. The apartment was impeccable, Afroditi gave us plenty of recommendations and the courtyard is the most beautiful we had in Greece! Amazing, thank you so much!

It was a great size apartment with a great outside space. The pool was lovely. It is a modern clean living space with fabulous welcome touches having wine, homemade pies fruit and cake, Anastasia changed towels on request and gave us recommendations of restaurants. Always available for enquiries, would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a stunning apartment

Loved our stay here! The location is great. There is a view of the water and it’s very close walking distance to old town. Parking was really very close. It was usually pretty full, but we always found a spot.

It was super nice here. We were warmly welcomed and communication went smoothly. The place is as pictured. You're a bit up the mountain, which is super nice because it's much quieter there. The city and the beach are within walking distance. We were very satisfied.

It was an amazing staying in Stefania’s house I’m very happy for the hospitality we had , she prepared a lunch for us when we arrived that was the kindest thing an air bnb owner did for me but beside this speaking about the house my family and I were amazed because the house had really everything EVERYTHING Landry iron iron table hairdryer all kitchen appliances That was the most complete house I ever had and I really was happy for this experience I feel so satisfied .thank you Stefania may the Lord bless you and your family :)

I had a wonderful 12 day stay at the apartment. The location is great - just a few meters from the beach and still 15 minutes to the old town. Checking in with a key box and description was super easy. The host was always extremely responsive. And I mean really fast- I never waited more than a few minutes for a response. He helped me with all the questions and concerns and even lent me an umbrella and got me a yoga mat for my time. Really very helpful and always on site! The apartment is cozy. The bed is very comfortable (I always think that's important!). The sofa is a bit saggy - but it didn't bother me. The kitchen is quite well equipped. There is a real stove, toaster, kettle and microwave (which I didn't use). The balcony is large and you have sun in the morning until early afternoon. There is also a washing machine on the 2nd balcony!

Anastasia’s apartment is really nice, the view is amazing, and the surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful perfect for a peaceful trip.

This apartment has it all! Walkable to New Chora beach and Old Town, quiet neighborhood with a park one block away, and a gorgeous interior. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and a quiet evening in the rooftop terrace. The entire place was spotless and beautifully furnished. Finally, Aggelos was a perfect host. He was very responsive to anything we needed and went out of his way to make our stay extra special for our anniversary. We hope we can come stay again someday!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in Chania. Our host was extremely responsive with any questions that we had and answered them within just a few minutes! We had a lovely time exploring all the surrounding areas as we were quite central to a lot of great restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets. Thanks again for the great accommodation!
