Vacation rentals with beach access in Daratsos

Place was great, location right in the harbor, but still quiet. Place was exactly as described.

Been before. Love this place. Swim on the door step. Family run great welcome. It is beautiful and Georgio mum helped me with my tango dancing .. I was terrible !

We had a wonderful stay at Sifi’s. He is easy going, responsive and provided great recommendations. The apartment is beautiful, modern and we felt very comfortable with our stay. Sadly our visit was short since there are plenty to see and do that we didn’t get to do but I would book this place again if we come back.

Nasos and Irene were so hospitable to my wife and I. They were so responsive to our messages and were extremely friendly! Thank you guys!

We had a very pleasant stay at Nikiforos and Eirini's place in Chania. The accommodation, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, turned out to be perfect for a family of three like ours. The hosts were extremely helpful in answering all our questions and thoughtful in checking that everything was to our liking during the stay. Essential services are not far away and can easily be reached on foot. The thought of the bottle of rafiki left in the fridge to welcome us was very welcome. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location for a beach vacation and walkable to old town/Venetian harbor. Alkis was a great host, he helped to arrange cab pickup at the airport and super responsive when I had questions about running the washing machine, and needing new batteries for the TV remote. The location was as described and great to have the courtyard for extra space/ drying out beach items. We ate great food, swam with turtles, and enjoyed easy access to sunsets on the beach. Would love to return!

Great location, very short walk to the port, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The host was extremely responsive and always willing to help make our stay comfortable! Apartment was very clean and the jacuzzi is a great feature. Multiple cafe’s/bars just downstairs with great food, drinks, and service. Highly recommend staying at this property if you want to be close to the venetian port and all Chania has to offer.

Wow! What can I say? By far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. A+ experience right from booking to checkout. Communication was clear, hosts were flexible and the whole family so incredibly friendly. The place was impeccably clean, modern, and has everything you need for an awesome stay near Chania. You are right across from an awesome beach and within walking distance of several others. Great restaurants and grocery shopping very close. The host family is awesome. They gave me tips on attractions, great tips on how to see Chania, and were always at the ready to help. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. What an awesome place!

The place was great. Location was perfect for us: close to some true gems food wise, beaches, wineries, etc. We loved it. We stayed 1 week, so we truly got a chance to enjoy it. Was also able to yoga in the morning with a view on the olive trees. All the little attentions made us feel welcomed.

Everything described and shown of this property is undervaluing its delight. This is beautifully and perfectly placed in Chania. It has everything you need within the property, whether there's 1 or 5 staying. There's lots of do within easy walking distance, including the delicious Periplous restaurant down the road, the sea opposite, and that view!! --- blissfully divine perks of the location Antonis and Nikos are so helpful and considerate. We had a great time at Katerina's place. Check-in was very flexible and even possible before 3 pm. The place was as described, the highlight is of course the hot tub. We felt very comfortable. Thanks again for the homemade food.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location is quiet and offers a great view of the sea – perfect for unwinding. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The landlords were friendly and helpful and made the stay pleasant. All in all, a nice house for a relaxing beach vacation.

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We arrived quite late and were pleasantly surprised to find a cold bottle of wine waiting for us and all the amenities for us to have a late supper. The location was very charming close to the historic district of Chania and the story behind Hestia House added to our stay. Great location for walking and the nearby beaches were a stone throw away. The bedroom and bathroom were very bright and comfortable. If we return to Crete, Hestia House will certainly be our number one choice.

We had a wonderful stay at the home in Chania. The communication was great from the moment we booked the reservation. The host made us feel very welcome and we appreciated all of the food/snacks/drinks provided. We were celebrating a special occasion and the host acknowledged this, remembering from our initial conversation, and left us some special treats and a card that we felt was above and beyond. The parking spot was great to have as we rented a car through Infinity at the host's recommendation. Even with the car, we walked the area and went to the Venetian Harbor everyday which was very close with shopping, restaurants, and people watching. We found the home to be clean and well represented by the pictures. The washer was a fantastic perk we utilized during our stay. We stayed in the lower level bedroom and found the bed to be very comfortable. We would recommend this listing and would stay here again if we returned to Chania.

Loved our stay here! The location is great. There is a view of the water and it’s very close walking distance to old town. Parking was really very close. It was usually pretty full, but we always found a spot.

I had a wonderful 12 day stay at the apartment. The location is great - just a few meters from the beach and still 15 minutes to the old town. Checking in with a key box and description was super easy. The host was always extremely responsive. And I mean really fast- I never waited more than a few minutes for a response. He helped me with all the questions and concerns and even lent me an umbrella and got me a yoga mat for my time. Really very helpful and always on site! The apartment is cozy. The bed is very comfortable (I always think that's important!). The sofa is a bit saggy - but it didn't bother me. The kitchen is quite well equipped. There is a real stove, toaster, kettle and microwave (which I didn't use). The balcony is large and you have sun in the morning until early afternoon. There is also a washing machine on the 2nd balcony!

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

We stayed at Irina’s for our honeymoon! We originally booked her other listing but she offered this listing as a gift to us for our honeymoon - this alone shows how kind irina is ! Her home is beautiful, clean, and unique. We met Irina for check in and she was so kind and welcoming. She gave us great recommendations on where to eat and things to do. Very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Pita goal is across the street which made it easy for when we were hungry. a lot of other restaurants within walking distance. Also walking distance to the old town and easy to find parking! Felt like a local after 4 days as the neighbors always saw us and said hi ! Lol

We felt very comfortable in Casa Maria. The apartment is well equipped and the location is central. The beach and city are a few minutes' walk away. Water, fruit and a sweet snack were available on arrival. Maria was very hospitable and gave us good tips for restaurants and a beach nearby. We definitely recommend Casa Maria!

The apartment was great and comfortable. know you have to walk up stairs to get to it. Was private and cute. Walking distance to lots of shops and food. Best part was the patio and view. Loved this place.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in Chania. Our host was extremely responsive with any questions that we had and answered them within just a few minutes! We had a lovely time exploring all the surrounding areas as we were quite central to a lot of great restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets. Thanks again for the great accommodation!
