The place was great—clean, with very friendly hosts. The welcome basket was perfect after our flight. the accommodation is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and close to stores and restaurants. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area again. Thank you very much for everything.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb for an autumn vacation and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The house is clean, well-maintained, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything functioned as expected. One thing to note is that the hosts live on-site, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but their presence was definitely felt compared to other Airbnbs we stayed in so far. Nevertheless, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a well-kept, dog friendly space with hosts who are nearby to assist.

The place is really nice and located right next to the old town which starts as soon as you cross the main road. We used Chania as our base to explore different parts of Crete but at the end of each day when we came back, we were able to enjoy some time in the old town which gets really lively in the evenings. Later at night, we would hang out at our Airbnb and enjoy the surrounding views which were great as it is located on the top floors.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was very clean and the landlords very nice. The views and amenities were very nice.

We had a wonderful week at this house in Crete! The house is very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a carefree stay (very equipped kitchen, beach umbrella and towels, set of towels and sheets, outdoor space for eating and relaxing including a shower, bathroom with window, mattress with very comfortable topper, two different types of pillows). The location is convenient and very peaceful. Special thanks go to the host Dimitris, always available and ready to answer any questions with extreme speed and kindness. An honorable mention goes to Stella, the host's mother, who welcomed us as if we were family, very sweet and caring. We highly recommend this place!

We spent several great days. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. We were left fruit, breakfast stuff, olive oil etc, all very much appreciated. Eleftheria always answered our questions rapidly and was full of suggestions for our stay. She also lent us a parasol. You can walk down to the local restaurants and beach in 10 minutes. It’s very easy to circulate from the apartment. We would recommend staying there.

Was greated by Maria when we arrived at her house and given the tour and details of the unit. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view and had any items around the house to use if needed. Maria was very accommodating and we had such a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend a stay with her.

Iro was a great host, she gave us local recommendations, even helped us when we forgot one of our IDs at the Airbnb.. she went above and beyond when she had no obligation to. The apartment was spotless and very pleasant to stay in. The area is nice, close to the beach and quite well connected, though having a car definitely helps (the apartment also has a parking spot)

Delighted with our stay in Crete at Casa Leone Suites! We were hosted very well by Nikoç, the accommodation is perfect: very clean, spacious, beautiful pool and recent infrastructure (2019). The setting is very well maintained and landscaped. Our balcony offered a great view of the sea and the mountain, it was a nice surprise. Close to Chania and ideal for visiting Western Crete. Everything was as described, you can trust the listing description and photos, we would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

Probably one of the most amazing places you’ll stay anywhere! The attention to detail when the unit was remodeled, and the furnishings and extras added to make your stay comfortable, are incredible. It is located right in the middle of a vibrant area full of outdoor restaurants, music, and shopping. The hosts are extremely responsive, we were late getting in but that was not a problem. During our stay we unfortunately encountered one of the red dust storms that Chania periodically receives, but they came the next day and cleaned the outer areas. We were lucky with the parking the first three nights, but for some reason the fourth night was a challenge however we did eventually find a garage about 15 minutes away. Also, I would not recommend the unit for younger children or someone unsteady on their feet as the stairs in the unit are quite steep especially to the roof, and there is no washing machine though a laundromat is just a few minutes walk. Would absolutely stay again!

This place is truly special. We enjoyed our time here so much. George’s parents-George and Alexandra were the best! Always a warm and friendly greeting. They were so kind and helpful. Their dog was also super sweet. They really made us feel at home. The place was great. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The view was to die for!! Just spectacular. Every morning waking up and looking out the window made you feel such a sense of peace. The location was fabulous. Close to so many wonderful restaurants and the most beautiful beaches. In case you can’t tell, we totally loved our stay. You will not be disappointed with this lovely little gem. Highly recommend!

The apartment although a little small,gathered all the conditions we were looking for,easy for car parking,close to the beach,outside the city center and at the same time 14 minutes from the car.Thanks for everything and I recommend this apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful place. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a stove with an oven, a microwave, and is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. We had access to a lovely flower garden. Golden Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, while Jannis Beach is around 20 minutes away. The host is kind and hospitable, welcoming us with cold water, juice, homemade cakes, and fruit from their garden.

Truly a great apartment! Fully matched the listing. It is spotless and everything has been thought of: tea, coffee, washing machine, you name it. It is in a quiet area, but at the bottom of the mountain there is a nice restaurant to enjoy the sunset. We had to mess with the jacuzzi for a while: it went on every hour in the middle of the night, but the host responded very quickly and was able to explain to us how to solve this. We had a lovely stay, I would recommend it to anyone.

Honestly, it was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever had the opportunity to book! The neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful, The unobstructed view where you can see the sea. What can I say about the apartment... Everything was just amazing! There was all the necessary equipment, impeccable cleanliness, ultra-neat decoration in every detail, small touches on arrival, and our hosts who allowed us to enter the apartment earlier than expected after a complicated night. We didn't get to meet our hosts but they were very responsive, gave us lots of recommendations and addresses. It feels like home. 10 min from the center of La Canée, 5 min from the first beach. Really a gem for all who want to relax and feel perfectly at ease. Thanks again for everything, you're exceptional hosts!

Great stay, great location, great views. Very close to many bars and restaurants. Not too noisy at night. The only slightly negative aspect was the shower. Basically made the entire floor flooded. Overall, i would recommend the place and would definitely return.

Beautiful place and great host

Nina and Rebecca were so helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was beautiful and a great location with waterfront access and walkable to many shops and restaurants. We travelled in late April before the restaurant was open and the pool was too cold to use, but we will definitely return to this wonderful stay when things are in full season.

Andreas was a friendly and responsive host who answered our questions promptly. The flat was well equipped and in an excellent location very close to the old town. We would definitely stay again when next back in Chania!

A wonderful stay, surrounded by the soothing sounds of birds and nature. The apartment is beautifully decorated and everything is of very high quality, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The terrace is simply outstanding: very spacious, perfectly arranged, and the cherry on top, a jacuzzi with an incredible view over the bay and the mountains. We were even lucky enough to enjoy some stunning sunsets from there. Stella is a lovely host, very attentive and responsive. Her recommendations were perfectly suited to our needs. We had a truly peaceful time in a small village nestled in the mountains, with a breathtaking view, it’s hard to find any better view. We’ll definitely be back for our next trip to Crete!
