Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with a dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car is in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden." Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. There is a separate area to sit and relax, but you can also spread out in the tree house. The courtyard sauna can also be used for a small fee. In unserer mit Liebe sanierten und eingerichteten Gästesuite am Waldrand kommst Du zur Ruhe. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

Das kleine Studio befindet sich in einer ausgebauten Scheune in der ich auch selber wohne.Die Scheune steht in einem schönen großen Garten.50 Meter entfernt fließt der Fluss die Dahme mit der Prieroser Schleuse.Also man kann außer mit dem Fahrrad,oder Bus oder Auto auch mit dem Boot kommen.Viele Freizeitbeschäftigungen sind möglich,schwimmen in den schönen in der Nähe liegenden Seen,Kanu oder Boot fahren,wandern in den Prieroser Wäldern.
