This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The gentle lapping of the water and the chirping of the birds contribute to the calming and romantic atmosphere. The houseboat offers you a small, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and SEPARATE TOILET/DRY TOILET, and the spacious living room invites you to relax. Swimming, sunbathing or barbecuing complete the experience.

The "JULIA" can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

LUNA is an exclusive, floating loft-style apartment. On the "LUNA" there is a salon with pantry kitchen, a double closet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. There are many accommodations BY the lake, but with us you get an accommodation ON the lake. You can only get closer to the water when you're in your swimsuit! Welcome to your small fine apartment, which lulls you to sleep to the rhythm of the waves. Beer garden, beach, thermal baths, spa as well as numerous restaurants and activities are within walking distance. Your pets are welcome on this boat. There is a fee of €12.50 per pet per night.

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
