We spent a weekend at Delphine's, it's a change from impersonally decorated accommodation intended only for rentals. The apartment is super nice to live in, we felt at home. In addition, the accommodation is well located, in the city center, while being rather quiet at night. Communication with Delphine and Damien was very easy and efficient! A real gem in the heart of Angers! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations: exceptional location, close to everything, in a neighborhood as charming as it is convenient. The apartment is perfectly furnished, impeccably clean, and thought out in every detail to make you feel good from the first few seconds. Nothing is missing: everything is there, functional, aesthetic and comfortable. We feel like hosts have put heart into this place. An ideal parenthesis for the family, which we would have extended. A huge thank you for this gem that we would definitely recommend 200%! Small downside the incivility of some people on the street who can shout at 3am without respecting the sleep of some . But no connection with the apartment which was nice . Thanks again

My best Airbnb experience!! Annie France is an absolutely adorable host, who was very kind to my very late check-in schedule. The house is beautiful and the space dedicated to tenants is secluded enough from the house to enjoy a space at all. I would recommend it without a second thought!!

Catherine was very responsive, accurate and attentive to our requests. Accommodation as advertised, bright, offering a beautiful view of the roofs and located in a very quiet area and very close to the city center. A downside to the private parking not accessible for a medium-sized vehicle, but free street parking.

Very nice stay in this ideally located apartment. Quiet in an inner courtyard, the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The equipment is as described. The welcome was perfect with Bénédicte's availability. The instructions were clear and she was also good tips for a successful stay.

We stayed 1 night because we had to take a flight the next morning at 6 a.m. Family of 5, impeccable for 1 night. Jeremy was great, responds to messages quickly, he is clear in his explanations for accessing the accommodation. It's a connected lock, I didn't know about it and we got there without any problems. Jeremy had put out coffee pods for the next morning and that's very nice!!!! The must is the location because it's close to Nantes and especially 5 minutes from the airport! I highly recommend it and when we leave, we'll be back with pleasure.

Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive. I found my base there to come back for a short stay in this very pleasant city. Thank you.
