The house is great, large and comfortable with rooms and bathrooms up and down, with large and comfortable common areas. Rosa explained everything very well and made it easier for us to use the paellera and the barbecue.

Miguel was very helpful at check-in, pointing out all the features of the house. He checked in with us regularly. We enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular! Everything is perfect, from the houses, the immense common kitchen at the foot of the pool, the children's play area, the pool (we couldn't try it for the dates), the barbecues,... all new and clean. Fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machines of three different types, a huge amount and variety of kitchenware. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Heating by machines splits works perfectly. And the attention of our spectacular hosts. We'll be back this summer to try the pool!

Communication with Natalia was great, she looked out for us, she quickly resolved anything that came up. The house has a beautiful view, the porch area, the pool a pass, always clean and big. The interior with many rooms, all with air conditioning although the house is fresh and not necessary, the only thing in our opinion is that there were too many personal items, but well, there were many kitchen utensils and we managed well. A mention of Gunther, lovely.

We spent 4 marvellous days in Casa del Norte, in Tragacete. The house is amazing, so cozy, and with everything you could need for your stay. Elena help us a lot to find very nice trekking trails near starting in the same village, and others far away. We loved to explore the area and return at night to out house with the wood stove (plenty of wood for us). Elena took care of everything, and made us feel like at home. I think they are a 5 stars hosts.

Perfect stay. Everything was spotless and ready to enjoy. Very well equipped in every aspect: Kitchen, living room, bedrooms, etc. I emphasize the spotless thing because the house was 10/10 (something basic but not always happening). Arriving and having the fireplace already on is a luxury. Very grateful for the details that had left us, the truth is that they are things that make the stay even more incredible. Elena is very attentive to everything and with a very agile communication, it is to be appreciated. Repeat! Thank you for everything!

Tomas is a great host and we had a great time at his house. It is very warm and is right on the street, which makes everything very easy. It is in the heart of the historic center, which has allowed us to explore and enjoy Cuenca in all its splendor.

A charming place in an ideal location. Overlooking the eyes of the blackberry. You feel like you're in the middle of nature, but you're next to Cuenca's old town. Great service. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days and feel at home.

The house was perfect for our getaway. Very clean, cozy and well-equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked smoothly and the kitchen had the essentials to cook something simple. The location is quiet, ideal for resting, but with easy access to shops, tourist spots and places to eat. In addition, check-in was very easy and communication with the host was quick and clear. Very good apartment the truth! I was looking for a good apartment with good views in the basin and it meets perfectly. Good treatment with the landlord and a location on the floor next to the cathedral. Very happy and recommended experience!!

We've had a great couple of days at this home in Cuenca in the Old Town. We were attended by Adrian's mother and gave us very good directions to the area . In addition, Adrian had already sent us a list of places to visit as well as restaurants and typical products of Cuenca to taste. The place was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days. The only thing to note is a second floor without an elevator and would be tricky for people with reduced mobility. The parking area is a little difficult, but it ends up finding a blue area in the surroundings . In short, very happy with everything, both with the accommodation and the treatment received by the hosts. 100% recommended

The place is very quiet, located in a very nice neighborhood next to the river and near the center. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Oscar helped us a lot by having to extend the time we needed to stay. Highly recommended.

Newly remodeled apartment in an excellent location. It has all the necessary elements to enjoy a few days of sightseeing in Cuenca: very clean, with an equipped kitchen, large refrigerator and washing machine, air conditioning, good quality wifi and, no less important for those traveling by car, a parking space available in the Auditorium parking lot (5 minutes from the apartment). In the surroundings there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops and, if you ever want to avoid the hills to the upper area of the city, a few minutes away are the stops of the bus lines that take you both to the Plaza Mayor and to the Castle area. The host kept in touch to tell us how to access the apartment and recommend places and restaurants to visit. In short, a highly recommended apartment in the beautiful city of Cuenca.

Small but very cozy apartment with everything you need to stay, clean and rest, the kitchen has everything although small it does not lack anything, I really liked the rustic style, nothing bad to say if for doing so would be a recommendation, the placement of the TV from the sofa is not visible, with a rotating support it would be arranged, the quiet neighborhood about 20 and a few minutes from the center of Cuenca, the church, hanging houses etc., very recommended and Óscar was very attentive

The apartment is spacious, there were 5 of us, and we slept very well, 2 in a room with single beds, 2 in a double bed, and one in the living room on a very comfortable sofa bed (where two can sleep too). Everything was very very clean and well conditioned. The place is secluded, but very close to Cuenca, the Ciudad Encantada and the Serranía de Cuenca. Wonderful to disconnect. Carlos is a great host, making sure from the first moment that our stay was as pleasant as possible and available for whatever we needed. He gave us some great tips for visiting Cuenca, and other beautiful places nearby, where to eat well, etc. We'll be back.
