Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cuenca

I stayed 3 days with my son, the house was well-kept, nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, very nicely made, with blankets that were pleasant to the touch. The living room and bedroom had natural light. The area is very close to the historic center, 15 minutes from the cathedral and the paleontological museum, with the river promenade when leaving the house. We were lucky to park, because we didn't see much space in the area. To pick up and leave the keys there is a safe, which facilitates entry and exit, without having to wait for anyone. When we arrived they were finishing cleaning the house, with everything tidy and details. We had everything we needed to make coffee, cook or take a shower. The only thing that failed was the internet, and we didn't know how to set the TV channels, but Luis sent a technician to help us right away. Communication was always through the Airbnb channel, with Luis responding quickly.

The house is great, large and comfortable with rooms and bathrooms up and down, with large and comfortable common areas. Rosa explained everything very well and made it easier for us to use the paellera and the barbecue.

I booked the house on the recommendation of a friend and it was a hit. The house is in a prime location in the old town that is beautiful and with spectacular views. This super super clean, has everything new, all the amenities you need (even hair straightener!!) plus both Francisco and his sister are wonderful people and very nice. Francisco was attentive all the time for our stay, I left us breakfast and brought us a good biscuit. We had welcome and goodbye details ❤️ We had a super nice weekend with friends and we enjoyed a lot but if we all agree on something, it is in the luck that we had to stay at the house of such fantastic people. It has been a pleasure, and without a doubt this house is going to stay as "my house" in Cuenca forever that I return. Thank you for everything ❤️

A stay of lights and shadows. The apartment is great, everything is very well kept and impeccable. Very comfortable beds and unbeatable heating. What I can't talk about is the parking in its facilities as the ad says, since in our case we didn't use it. According to the host, due to a problem with the community it wasn't available. I regret that the little relationship with her had become “cordial” since in the few hours from when I made an inquiry to the end of my reservation, the price of the apartment went up and I wrote it down as a detail that I found quite ugly. The apartment is great in every way, I think it's one of the best I've ever stayed in. It's a pleasure to find places that clean and well-maintained; totally recommended.

Great and spacious apartment, near to everything .Walking distance to the center of the city

The accommodation is very complete and has a very good location for those who want to relax and be close to nature. It has beautiful views and restaurants nearby. Ruben was very friendly and brought us a crib when we asked for it. Everything was spotless, even the kitchen utensils that looked new because they were so clean. I would definitely go back.

If you are traveling by yourself, I think it is very good, there is a free parking space at the entrance, no additional parking fee, it is about a few minutes drive to the scenic area!The room is on the first floor, but since that neighborhood is quiet, it's not loud and the occasional sound is acceptable!Very good value for money!I'll come back next time.

A very cozy space. I had already stayed in the same building, but I liked this apartment more. Beatriz was very attentive, she always resolved all questions quickly. Be careful with the washing machine, which fills with water while it is off. The first time we opened it, it flooded the bathroom! I hope they fix it.

The breathtaking view immediately exiting the home never gets old whether it's in the morning, with the sun highlighting the curves of the cliffside, or, at night, with the lights twinkling across the ridge, a nod to times of past. We were returning to Cuenca for 10 days after living there and wanted to live at the top of the castle. Ruben's place worked perfectly for us. Parking is free and easy (the only place in downtown Cuenca near a free lot); the home is in excellent condition (clean with all of the necessary amenities for a family); the check-in was easy (Ruben checked in on us part way through our trip); and the price competitive for what you get (between location, home, amenities, services, etc). Highly recommend.

We were as if we were as if we were Paco and his wife were always available for us. The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need, great cleanliness and is as described. Without hesitation, if we return to Cuenca we will stay here again.
