We've had a great couple of days at this home in Cuenca in the Old Town. We were attended by Adrian's mother and gave us very good directions to the area . In addition, Adrian had already sent us a list of places to visit as well as restaurants and typical products of Cuenca to taste. The place was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days. The only thing to note is a second floor without an elevator and would be tricky for people with reduced mobility. The parking area is a little difficult, but it ends up finding a blue area in the surroundings . In short, very happy with everything, both with the accommodation and the treatment received by the hosts. 100% recommended

Centrally located apartment in Cuenca

We stayed 2 nights. We can fully recommend this place as it is close enough to the old town that you can explore it without needing to use your car. Furthermore, since this is located in the newer part of the city, you are more in touch with the locals and there are many local bars and restaurants. Parking can be done in front of the house (if you are lucky) but it is paid. If you park 5 minutes away it is free. We just unloaded the car and then parked for free. Parking felt safe. The house is very clean. The beds are comfortable, the area is quiet at night, the shower has a good stream of water. The appartment is on the 2nd floor but it has a good elevator. Internet is very fast.

We were as if we were as if we were Paco and his wife were always available for us. The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need, great cleanliness and is as described. Without hesitation, if we return to Cuenca we will stay here again.

Fantastic accommodation, in the heart of the basin. You have all the sights within walking distance. The area is quiet but at the same time full of life. In the house we found everything necessary and Vero left us details that we loved. Definitely the best place to stay in the basin. The house is very neat and clean. Accessing it is easy and flexible. We were delighted!!!

We had a lovely weekend there, the house was comfortable and the little balcony was right where we could see the beautiful sunset!There is a nice restaurant just a short walk downstairs!Just getting full and then climbing the mountain to get back to the room will be a bit of a struggle.The whole neighborhood has a sense of history and all the important parts of the old city can be reached within half an hour.The car can be parked in the toll parking in the half hill.Or park in the free parking lot down the hill and take a cab up the hill.We will go back there.

A recently renovated studio apartment on the edge of the old town. Good WiFi and despite the small space, very functional. We really appreciated little extras such as oil, herbs, spices and clothes washing liquid. There is no parking nearby and two flights of stairs to access the apartment - we were given helpful instructions on a paid parking option (~5mins walk), and a free option (10-15mins walk). A very responsive host. All in all an enjoyable stay!

Loved the place and my time in Cuenca. I was super cozy and had everything I needed. The place is on a pedestrian street so it was quiet at night. The location was convenient to the touristy areas as well as the newer part of town where the supermarkets are. Concepcion was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Estrella is an excellent host, very kind and cordial. She gave us a lot of information and information to get to know the surroundings. The place is in an excellent location and is as described and as shown in the photos. I recommend the place and would definitely stay again.

I would like to express my most sincere gratitude for the wonderful hospitality provided by Carmen. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and ideally located. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I truly look forward to the opportunity to stay there again in the near future.

We have spent two nights in the accommodation with our dog. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the apartment was very clean It has a pellet stove that heats the entire floor. It has parking just around the corner from the house, and is 20 minutes from Cuenca. It has quite close routes, great to disconnect. Communication with Jesus was great. 100% recommend. We'll definitely repeat.

Maybe the best airbnb experience I've had so far. Amazing location next to Plaza Salvadore with both the newer city below and all the sites of the historic center within minutes by foot. A historic building on the outside that is completely modern with every amenity on the inside. I'm guessing the apartment was recently remodeled because everything looked practically new right down to the floor. it was squeaky clean, tons of natural light, and so thoughtfully stocked with all the little niceties that truly made this feel like a welcome home. Julian and Jeny reached out proactively and were very friendly and responsive. I will absolutely be back! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Since I booked the place, Vanesa took care to give me all the necessary information. He was very friendly, predisposed to anything. The house is in a very good place, both for the old town and the most central area. The place was great. We went my husband, little one and me. Spacious room with two beds. 100% recommended

Being the first occupant of this accommodation rented by Héléna, I was fully satisfied! The apartment is quiet. Everything is as described. Héléna even left some nice touches (fruit basket, coffee, etc.) I would recommned this property.

We loved David's apartment. It is in a quiet area very close to the tourist attractions (hanging houses, cathedral, museums...). On the other hand, it is still in August, the apartment has a very good temperature and we have not had any heat in it, which we have appreciated a lot. David has been very attentive and kind at all times and very detailed with the equipment of the apartment, which is perfectly equipped (with coffee machine, sugar, toaster, iron, gel, cream, hair dryer, towels, etc.). In short, staying in this apartment was a total success. Highly recommended! :)

Beautiful house with nice views and very bright. It is a second floor, duplexing with the penthouse floor. In the silver below is the living room, kitchen, a bedroom with double beds and a bathroom with shower. The upstairs is a clear, spacious room with two single beds and a double bed and has another full bathroom with a bathtub. Great for large families. Clean and in good condition. The perfect location, right inside the historic center, at its start. In a quiet area and at the same time a short walk from everything. 100% recommended!
