just had lovely couple of nights at the cabin. Kate appeared as soon as we arrived and showed us round - she was friendly and welcoming and, because of the bad weather, had lit the fire for us so - and provided scones cream and jam, as well as tea coffee and sugar. The cabin was beautiful, quirky and cosy, spotlessly clean and very cosy. The immediate surroundings were beautifully maintained, private and secluded and the bad weather meant we were able to make good use of the wood burner! We had a great time and would be very happy to return to the cabin.

Blissfully peaceful, extremely well equipped, stacked with books and, served with good broadband, set in a fabulously planted garden and - glory of glories - no TV. Who could conceivably wish for more?

A lovely cabin by the lake with a beautiful stream very close by. I only stayed one night but it was lovely and peaceful. Claire was very responsive. I hadn't clocked the bit about not having bedding before I left, so I was very pleased I had a sleeping bag in my van.

Rebecca is a wonderful host, we struggled to find it as the postcode doesn't take you exactly there. I rang Rebecca and she directed us straight there, so helpful and so friendly. The cottage was so clean and welcoming. We took our pug and our cat and both enjoyed themselves. The log burner was a treat and the bedroom upstairs really nice. We would definitely recommend this cottage and would return.

Sophie and Rob were the perfect hosts and the lodge and setting were incredible. immaculate throughout with the most fantastic surroundings. fishing was great, couldn't recommend it highly enough, we hole to be back soon. We really enjoyed our stay for my sons birthday. Was a short weekend visit. But we loved the natural surroundings and felt it was very private and peaceful. The cabin was equipped with everything you might need and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We hope to maybe come back with family and rent both cabins. Perfect for a family and the garden was brilliant space for the kids too. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you. Ruth, Ben and boys from Cornwall.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hot tub overlooking the sheep-filled fields was pure bliss – such a peaceful and scenic spot. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. There were so many lovely little touches throughout that made it extra special. Couldn’t recommend it more – 10/10 experience and would 100% stay again!

Lovely pre Christmas stay in Karen’s property . A party of 7 Adults 2 teens and a dog , we loved the extra touch of the Christmas tree , and made full use of the darts board and table tennis table . Lovely views, the house was in a prime location , fully equipped, very clean and highly recommended .

Nick was amazing very helpful ,everything that was needed was there and even helped me with my log burner to get it going, the yurt was beautiful in every way and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud i liked it that much i have extended my stay here for another two weeks.
