Driveway with parking for 2 cars & a garage with plenty of room to store surfboards & bikes. A pretty paved garden with coastal grasses & seating for 6 on warm evenings.

The beach is award winning and has lifeguards throughout the summer. The surf and sea attracts a great crowd of surfers and families alike. There is a very laid back vibe and you can’t help but relax and everything you need is in walking distance. Sanderling is a very well equipped and fully refurbished.

Stay at North Hole Farm Holidays in one of two adults only shepherds huts on our farm. Set in a stunning coastal location, with all the comforts of home, the Sea Breeze lodge has the added benefit of being dog friendly costing £30 per dog per visit. You have your own small, private and secure garden, so you know your four legged holiday companion can be off-lead when you’re at home chilling out. The lodge sleeps 6 people, with an ensuite double bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a comfortable double bed settee in the spacious living room, plus a second bathroom.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Longleigh has 6 large en-suite bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, spacious sitting room, a penthouse lounge with a further double bed, a ‘wet’ room/utility room, spacious patio, enclosed garden and a large roof deck which wraps around the whole house.
