Holly is very responsive to inquiries, issues and additional info/help. Home is well stocked for cooking, meals together, and extended stay with laundry. Well laid out for a group. Functional furniture and kitchen. Uncluttered. We were 6 adults in our late 60's there to explore the Swell and Green River Rocks. Wanted a ranch style - one level. Plenty of space for privacy and togetherness. Made suggestions for a couple of useful ammenities - well received. Great base camp for families or friends looking to explore the incredible geology and beauty there - from moab to goblin valley, Price, Nine Mile and especially the Bookcliffs and all of the Swell.

This was such a Charming little cottage. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The antiques were so interesting to look at and the history of the area was fun to learn about. It was like being at my grandma's house. It was so cozy and comfortable and we slept great. It was such a quiet neighborhood. The whole house was stocked with anything you might need, especially the kitchen. It had all of the dishes and cooking options including a variety of oils and spices. Also, a nice little coffee maker that you can make hot chocolate in . The watermelon theme in the kitchen was adorable. the bathroom was very modern and comfortable. Blankets galore. Mary was so nice and accommodating and super easy to work with. She gave us some great recommendations and great advice. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mary!

We stayed here for 5 nights during Spring Break week 2025 and we had a great time. The host was very helpful. I contacted him to see if he had sort of a crib because I was traveling with a baby. He immediately ordered a pack and play with a mattress! I truly appreciated this. The house has everything you will need. The town does not have a lot to offer. The only supermarket it has does not open on Sundays and it is 50 minutes away from Moab. However, if you want to save some money and have a peaceful place to stay, you should consider staying here.

This was a very clean and comfortable Airbnb, had everything we needed from extra pillows, to washer and dryer, and was very easy to find right off I-70 about 39 mins from Moab which is why we stayed here. Definitely recommend
