The house consists of 3 floors, the ground floor is occupied by the owners and the 2 superiors are those that are offered. They are totally isolated and have a separate entrance from the street and a large and sunny terrace for the tenants. Air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms. Two full bathrooms (suite and general). Dining room with kitchenette. Suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. Room with two bunk beds. Living room with TV, armchairs, and sofa (bed).

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.
