Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. Independent toilets. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental. The apartment is really as a house in 50m from the beach and 200m of the church and 350m of the station. External refurbishment of the building from October to February.

My son and I love our house... and when you visit it you use to say it's got much personality. You will have the entire house for your own use, inside and outside areas. We hope you feel as confortable as we do! ¡¡We have a new acquisition at home!! We have adopted two cats, Grey and Maki. They are calm, sociable and they don't meow much. They will stay with you and home, protecting you ;).
