Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

The appartement is very well situated, close to the beach and in the heart of the old city, surrounded by nice buildings. Moreover, one of the trails that go to the Santa Barbara castle starts in front of the apartment building. The apartment is very cosy, clean and well equipped and the communication with Liubov is easy. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Estupendo apartamento para ir con niños. El menaje de la cocina un poco corto (cubiertos y platos) pero el resto perfecto. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

One of the best places we have stayed at. Two balconies, then You always have a private place with the sun where you can relax. Good kitchen with microwave, which you can use as a grill. Very comfortable bed, quiet. Neighbors are not heard, unless they make a loud noise in the middle of the night. Beautiful pool and some cute fluffy pets on the around (cats). Near the stunning hiking trail with a very beautiful view, private parking and multiple Chair of supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

100 % recomendable, el alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación y todas las comodidades que se puedan requerir al estar de vacaciones. Además, Enrique es un anfitrión increíble, pendiente todo el tiempo de nosotros y atento con cualquier duda o dificultad que se nos presentó. Volveré a Alicante porque es una ciudad increíble y sin duda me alejaré en CastlePlace otra vez. Muchas gracias.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

Merci à Luis pour son accueil très agréable est sympathique. C'est un hôte vraiment charmant, attentif et prévenant, parfois un peu trop infantilisant pour les Adultes. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, il est parfait pour un bon séjour au bord de la mer. Tout est accessible facilement à pied, et les transports sont justes à coté. (Je vous conseille de faire la visite de la ville à pied, vous y découvrirez ces jolis quartiers des pêcheurs d'autrefois) Le centre ville d'Alicante est agréable attrayant et beaucoup de restaurants. Et si comme moi vous aimez la plage, la plage du Postiguet est juste à côté, belle plage....sinon le tram vous emmène vers d'autres plages. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luis, je vous recommande de retenir ce logement. Juste que l'heure de départ à 11h du matin est trop tot (temprano) pour nous. I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

La locación está genial y muy cerca del paseo del Río. la anfitriona es maravillosa, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. Nos quedamos mi familia y yo y el lugar nos encantó. 100/100👌

Ich habe nichts negatives zu sagen! Beste Unterkunft wo wir jemals waren, hatten für unser Baby auch ein Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und Badewanne bekommen. Als die Gastgeberin erfahren hat, dass mein Freund Geburtstag hat, hat sie ihm ein Geschenk gekauft.. Einfach toll! Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und super aufgeteilt sodass man im Schlafzimmer nichts von der Straße bekommt, der Balkon ist auch super um schöne Abende zu verbringen! Danke

This is the perfect place to stay when you visit alicante. Lydia is obviously an experienced Airbnb owner and it shows. The apartment was spotless, has lovely large windows allowing lots of light and all the amenities you could wish for. Perfect for walking to all areas of alicante including the lovely harbour and beach area, all within 10 minutes walk. In the centre of things, however nice and quiet at night, the perfect combination. We will certainly return if visiting alicante again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Pim is quite nice and warmhearted! We had nice conversations and he shared few interesting stories. The room and all facilities were great and convenient!

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado. A 5 minutos de la playa y rodeado de restaurantes, bares, supermercados y demás servicios. En las noches de escucha un poco de ruido, ya que esta en una calle peatonal. Pero en general todo muy bien.

El apartamento es tal cual se describe , buena ubicación, muy limpio y cómodo. Sin duda para repetir.

Jose was very welcoming. We stayed for 2 months to explore the area. It was a lovely stay and everything was very new and clean. It had the basics for cleaning and ofcourse we had to get cleaning things as 2 months of cleaning products are not expected but there was enough to start us off (cloth, sponge, ect). Towels provided as well as bedding and a spare duvet and bedsheet. The terrace is nice and has sun half the day it is also a nice size. We had no complaints. The TV is on wheels which was really handy and worked well with the space. Everything worked well, aircon, wifi, all appliances. Jose was very responsive but also never troubled us with anything and we felt comfortable and at home.
