Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of of bars, restaurants and shops. Only 1 minute to the beach. Patrica was a very good host, communicated everything and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice place to stay with great views and good kitchen amenities. Quiet location. Beaches, shopping, restaurants and tram stop within 10 minutes walk. Nice host and easy communication. We were even allowed to check out in the afternoon, as our flight was only in the evening. We will be happy to come back.

Unbeatable area/location, the apartment had absolutely everything, very nice and everything was very clean. Maria and Alex are wonderful people, attentive and always facilitating both the arrival and the stay, like the day we left, we had to leave at 11:00 and they didn't give us a check-out time, we were very lucky with them. I will definitely book these apartments again!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again

What a beautiful house and place:). I have only good things to say about everything. Very good communication from the owner and good instruction how to get there and how to get innside the house. Everything seem new innside the house and very well Equipped i didnt miss a thing. I Stayed for two months and i would like to stay Even longer. I never met any problems there. Everything was perfect:)

Perfect from beginning to end. We were given great instructions to the apartment and greeted by Agnieszka who was so kind and gave us tips on nearby amenities. Wine, water and chocolates on arrival. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Just a great place to stay

We spent almost 6 weeks in this apartment and had a great time! The apartment had everything for our long stay. Additional pluses: desk and terrace. Ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle but still a short walk from the beach and city center. And the green hill with the castle at the end of the street! Wonderful to walk in the evening and enjoy the view. Teresa helped us super well. She responds quickly and it is very nice to communicate with her. We would definitely go again!

Had a great week and fantastic views! Communication was very nice, got an immediate answer. The only downside was that we couldn't use the washing machine.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Apartment has a fantastic view, beautiful pool and nice beach. Apartment could be made more comfortable with nicer furniture on the balcony and nicer bedding and some art on the walls. Walls were super thin and can hear every word from neighbors two apartments down. Had an issue our first night with very loud neighbors but host fixed that immediately.

The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace enchanted us anew every day! We would like to thank Ingrid from the bottom of our hearts and look forward to our next visit!😍

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

We had an amazing time staying here, the apartment is well set up, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooftop was our favourite space to spend time. Manuel was very helpful and had everything set up for our arrival with a baby. We loved our stay and would happily return.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

Quiet,cozy and very beautiful area,Apartamento clean and very cozy. I feel like in my very comfortable home. Antonio attentive giving us ideas of where to go places to see and where to eat. Summarizing the area a past,the phenomenal stay and Antonio a 10 would stay short

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. Had a great couple of days here. The apartment is lovely and has everything we needed, Fiona also replied to our queries extremely fast which was very helpful. Flexible check in/ out was greatly appreciated and made our stay completely stress free! Overall we had a lovely time and would not hesitate to return
