It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

I was a few days with my family in apartment 2, which has all amenities. The patio as already indicated in the listing is shared with the apartment 1. The site is exclusive, with direct beach access. The host was always very attentive.

I looooove Ricardo Bofill, finally visiting "La Muralla Roja" was a dream come true, seeing his work up close in Calpe only deepened my appreciation for his genius. The building is truly one of a kind, walking through it feels like exploring a living sculpture, with bold colors, sharp geometry, and unexpected perspectives at every turn. It’s a visual and spatial experience that plays beautifully with light and shadow. What really took me by surprise, though, was the stunning natural setting. Calpe offers the perfect balance of sea and mountains, and the views from around the complex are breathtaking. A tip for future visitors: definitely rent a car. The terrain is hilly, and unless you're ready for a lot of climbing, having your own wheels will make exploring much easier. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip that I'd recommend to any design lover or nature enthusiast.

Shops and restaurants accessible by car except a nice restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the building (check opening hours). Nature lovers, we loved our stay. Marina is a super helpful and friendly host, and her home is just spectacular. We could define it as a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. And often balcony! At the most privileged site in Altea. The house inside is very cozy, with a high ceiling living room with large windows that, in addition to a common area, connects the different rooms of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Ideal for preparing a dinner in good company. Or just, if you do it with a good wine. Everything is very spacious and decorated with simplicity and a lot of care. We loved the artwork! Although the real picture of the house is the framed view of the outside, with the infinity pool that merges with the sea in the distance. Just amazing!

The house was beautiful, clean and very complete, equipped with really every comfort. Perfect for a family holiday. Outside are several nice seating areas and therefore a nice place in the sun or shade at any time of day. The BBQ was also great. The swimming pool is also nice and well maintained. That you can walk to the beach (3 minutes) completes it all. Fantastic place! Finally, host Johan (and his wife) is extremely friendly, service-oriented, and responsive. Gives you the feeling of being available at any time. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Lovely home with an incredible view on the seaside. It feels like you are almost in the sea. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for (outdoor) lunches and dinners. 30 minute walk along the beach to Torrevieja center (or quicker by road/car)

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Beautifully tastefully decorated apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the ad. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town center. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment with Valentina as a host to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Sandra was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and close to everything. The views are amazing. I can recommend this place. Will definitely come back.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Lovely stay. Peaceful in May though suspect might be noisier in the full height of summer. Excellent accommodation. Really well appointed. Roof terrace fantastic. Tram and bus service very handy but also a car would be useful if you want to travel about. Approx 45 minutes walk to marina at El Campello. However turn right and there are smaller restaurants and shops within 20 minutes. Handy supermarket within 5 minutes. Lidl takes an hour to walk there and back (possibly including the shop) at least. Hana was an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Already thinking about next year!!

Absolutely amazing stay at Dorian’s place. The location is perfect, you are practically on the beach! It is about 30 min walk to the centre, but we actually preferred being this side of the rock and away from the business. Dorian has provided everything you need for your stay, the apartment is decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. Of course as it is an apartment in flats there is some expected noise but considering the location is right on the promenade it is very quiet and mainly you can just hear the noise of the sea! Our main regret is that we did not stay for longer. Thank you again Dorian!

Lovely apartment, beautiful views of the water. Very close to lots of restaurants and right on the beach. Ana was very responsive, helped us check in easily. We had to park in the gravel car park which is a few minutes walk away. Not a major issue but a bit tricky with luggage or shopping. Would stay again 😊

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

A memorable experience! Our stay at the cottage was simply spectacular. The location is unbeatable: surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views. It was carefully prepared and clean, which made our experience even more special. We had the opportunity to take several walks around, enjoying the natural surroundings and the tranquility of the place. It's a perfect destination for both disconnecting and reconnecting with nature. Communication with Nacho was excellent at all times. He was always available, attentive and willing to help us with any questions. Undoubtedly a place to repeat. Thank you for everything Nacho!
