Vacation rentals with a home theater in Costa Blanca

Maria is a fantastic host, she goes beyond what should be expected by a host, we had some logistic difficulties during our trip and we could earliest check in af midnight, which was no problem for Maria, she met us personally at her place with key delivered. At check out we forgot an import painting at her place, we didn't expect to see it again, but once again Maria came to the rescue and within 2 hours she would be back at her house and lock us in to get our lost painting 😃 my girlfriend was very happy about that. so if you look for something near Alicante with a short drive distance and beach view, maria got the place for you!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It was especially nice to have board games that we played in the evening. The view from the window was simply incredible, it was nice to work and look out the window and in the evening watch the sunset. There are good restaurants and a shop within walking distance. Thank you for the warm welcome, we hope that we will be able to return to this accommodation again on our next trip.

Very clean and well-equipped apartment. Located in a good area, quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes from the beach. Daniela was very friendly, she was helpful at all times. A 10-star stay!

The instructions on how to get into the house were very well explained. The house was spotless, the bathroom very comfortable just like the rooms. What we liked the most was the terrace and the roof, great for sunbathing and getting a barbecue. Both Maria and Diego were instantly answering any questions we had about the apartment or the surroundings, a highly recommended experience. We will be back for sure.

The apartment is next to the beach but offers you a peace of mind that other sides can not offer. The house was spotless and big enough to accommodate two people of slbra. And Jorge responds quickly, he gives you directions if you need it and we need to leave 10' after the maximum time, he didn't put any hit. fully 10 experience

Felix is a really good host. Very easy to deal with. The property is ideally located. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was really enjoyable.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Amazing landscapes, to stay and live. Thanks again.

House better than in the photos, spacious rooms and good outdoor areas. Also close to the beach, you can walk in Max 5 min you reach Les Rotes. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

We had a good time. Very clean, all the basic things that need in the flat.

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

We were blown away by Conors place, it has stunning views from both the balcony and the bedroom. The location is amazing, right on the beach. It's at the quiet side of the promenade but so close to the restaurants and shops. The apartment is so clean, lovely linen and fresh towels, even towels for the beach. It has everything that you need and more for a home from home holiday. Conor was a great host, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a stress free break. He was so helpful, easy to contact and responded quickly. We had a great experience in Cullera, we will definitely return and will recommend Conor's apartment to our family and friends.

Excellent stay in a peaceful and very pleasant residence. We stayed there as a family (2 children 6 years and 4 months). The view is just splendid and the apartment matches the photos perfectly. We'll be happy to go back.

Teresa's apartment is better connected than we thought. The beach next door, the tram and buses that made us not take the car for anything! Also when we arrived it was very clean. Teresa is very friendly and attentive, although we did not have to contact her because we had no problems.
