House vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

The home was stocked so well that we were able to pack light! From 60’s to 8mos old, this home was AMAZINGLY PERFECT for all. I am in the industry on the West Coast and came with high standards, I can honestly say this villa and service exceeded my expectation! Everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom. There was zero noise from outside. Everybody slept extremely well. The kitchen is stocked for any chef/cook. daughter worked from there. The Internet connection was strong, there was a desk chair and essentials for her to have an office set up. Tara has everyone covered for the beach (chairs, coolers, wagon, umbrella and more)… HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sun & Daughters for any vacation or business trip. Walking distance to the beach and Pier, shopping, amazing restaurants, Kennedy Space Center is a short drive too. Best Ron Jon shopping ever. Thank you Tara for hosting us. I will be shouting your villa out to many people.

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this space. Drake was an excellent host and very responsive. He went above and beyond to take care of a minor concern, and we appreciated it very much. He’s amazing! The pool and home was very clean and spacious. Convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. I loved having my morning coffee in the pool area while listening to and viewing the birds. So relaxing. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were also very comfortable. I slept so well. I assume the other beds are just as comfortable as there were no complaints. My family enjoyed this space very much. Would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it.

Mark's Airbnb rental is truly a gem, located in a prime spot right on the beach. The location couldn't be better, as it is just steps away from bars and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife and local cuisine. The proximity to the pier also adds to the convenience, allowing for leisurely strolls and breathtaking views. Speaking of views, the beach itself is simply stunning with warm waters and soft sands, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and fun activities. The rental itself is well-equipped with a great kitchen that has all the necessary condiments for cooking up a delicious meal. Overall, my experience at Mark's Airbnb rental was fantastic and I would definitely go back again for another beach getaway. It's the perfect combination of location, amenities, and comfort.

Our family of 5 plus an infant loved staying at Joe's place! The living space was great and the pool and outdoor area was amazing! It was so nice to be able to wash off outside after coming back from the beach. The pool was beautiful and the house had all of the necessary toys, floaties, towels, and beach accessories we would ever need. Joe even dropped of some extra chairs before we came so that would have enough. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and overall, it felt like staying in a house that someone actually lived in vs just a generic vacation house that people visit once in a while. Check out was also so amazingly easy as well. We had a change in plans and Joe was super flexible and understanding about it. We wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back in the future! If you enjoy pizza, check out Bruno's Pizzeria, it was delicious!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. This home exceeded our expectations. We were even able to store our luggage in the garage while we waited for check-in. While some furniture and a rug were dated and worn, the entire house was very well kept, clean, decorated beautifully. The beds & linens were SO comfortable as was the entire house. Plenty of places to spread out, eat or sit and read a book. I brought a bag of games but could have saved the space in my luggage because this house even has games and puzzles. The garage is stocked with beach supplies (and a cart to haul your stuff to the beach), bikes, and kayaks. Our grandkids loved the ping pong table. By far, everyone’s favorite was the pool! Teresa definitely goes above and beyond to stock the house so that you have everything you need at your finger tip. We will be back (and we will look at their other property as well). Cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! Private, yet feels close to everything. We walked to the beach, restaurants and mini-putt and made good use of the bikes, boogie boards and beach gear. The backyard is gorgeous and the house is immaculate with beautiful touches. Lots of towels, fresh linens and comfortable living room. Amanda was great to deal with - she offered us an early check-in and reached out to make sure we knew about a cool local event happening. Our first trip to Cocoa Beach and we loved it! Thanks for the great stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

I enjoy staying at the beach when I come to visit family in the area. Jenn's apartment was everything you could want in a short-term stay. She has thought of little things in the kitchen (clips for chips!) and I was very comfortable. There's a good local restaurant/bar just 2 block away with yummy food and the heart of Cocoa Beach is about a 5 block walk. It really is a convenient location! The beach is about a 4 block walk. Doable, but, if you drive there are meters 7AM-7PM, but, the beach is soo worth it!! Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and we can’t wait to come back again! Amazing house with a great pool just off of the water. Everything is clean and true to the pictures. Selene is very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying here for a visit to cocoa beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much and the pool and back porch were a great place to hang during the day and the space was suitable for 6 adults and 2 kids without feeling cramped. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for our family vacation to the beach. We wanted it because it was within walking distance to the beach and was affordable. They had everything we needed and even left some snacks/ a note for when we arrived. Everything was very clean and in working order. The house was a good size for my family of 4. We even had a bit of extra space. They also had some beach gear we were able to use if we wanted to. Very thankful this gem was available, we would love to stay again.

The place is located on a very lushly landscaped property. The long dock calls you out to it. The bedrooms were bigger than we expected. Perfect place to rent a boat, fish. and spend time outdoors with family.

My wife and I had a great time at Sean and Jen's Casita. It was quiet and relaxing and we enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and balcony. The Casita was extremely comfortable and the location is central to a bunch of great activities (Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, walking distance to the ocean, etc). Sean and Jen were super friendly and helpful. If we needed anything, they responded quickly. Sean even let us know about a rocket launch that was happening one night and offered tips for watching it which we appreciated.

This place was beautiful, clean, welcoming and a mini paradise away from home. My family was visiting Cocoa Beach, FL for a triathalon and needed a place to stay with two dogs. Kate's place was perfect for our visit. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The space was large and open with all the amenities. The back yard was spacious for the dogs and the neighborhood was serene and quite. A bunch of restaurants are near by, and so is the local publix. Great location!

Luis and Mary’s place was just as described and pictured. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The townhouse is in a great location (near the beach, the river, restaurants, shopping, etc.) and VERY clean. We will definitely look for this home again for our next trip!

Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

Great place to stay and fish on the dock or go to the beach. Has everything you need will rent again.

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Excellent accommodations with an excellent price very reasonable. Ms Marcia is an excellent host. She’s very quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. Her home is in excellent condition with outstanding Furnishings and decorations. Truly enjoyed my stay. Will rent again.

We came down for the weekend, and this was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was so great, I had to share. The home is very comfortable and exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing — right on the beautiful water. You can sit on the dock and just relax while watching the manatees in the intracoastal waterway. I saw a bunch of them playing behind the house — such a peaceful, almost magical experience. The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s a great deal and perfectly located — just minutes from Ron Jon, Cape Canaveral, and everything else you might want to explore. You can be across the bridge in five minutes. The owners were awesome and super helpful. Great management all around. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place in a perfect location, this is it!
